"We had a reservation for 7 o'clock, but it took over half an hour to be seated and even longer to receive our first drink order. After two hours, we had only received one drink and our starter. I understand they were busy, but with three children in our party, we were pretty close to complaining at that point. However, when our main courses finally arrived, we received another drink on the house along with a birthday cake that we had brought, accompanied by an apology for the delays. If the wait had been two hours for just the drinks, I would have rated this experience a mere two stars. However, the food was incredible, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. They even offered the children a tasty treat. Overall, despite the initial setbacks, the outstanding service and fantastic food made for a brilliant experience."
