"The spa area is really well done and offers a lot, but rooms in the main building without air conditioning are very uncomfortable in summer, the balcony door was difficult to use and the time on the radio was broken. The worst thing, however, was the extremely hard mattress. I had back pain every morning. I also found it very unprofessional that the service touched the cutlery by the front part (tip of knife, tip of fork) when setting the table. I'm not picky about it, but then you should only do it if no one can see it. Rooms: At least my room in the main building had several defects and no air conditioning, not even a fan. Nearby activities: There is a nice mini golf course nearby and you can take a walk in the forest. Food drinks: Unfortunately, the kitchen has remained standing over the last millennium. Although there are now 10 million vegans in Germany, a vegan will not be happy there. The cuisine is extremely meat heavy and only offers a limited vegetarian selection. The cook also loves the spice “lovage” and uses it to season every soup inedible. Noteworthy details: I particularly liked the water wheel, which was probably built by the senior partner a few years ago."
