"I’m really frustrated with the constant mistakes in my orders. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this has become ridiculous—nearly 95% of the time, they get it wrong! Sultan, if you’re reading this, please understand that when people settle in for the evening, they look forward to enjoying a nice takeaway, not to be disappointed with half of their food missing or incorrect. It’s disheartening to have to eat at different times from family or partners. This has become a real issue, and I’m sure many others who read this review can relate to the poor, rushed service we’ve experienced!"
