"This was my first visit to this café in a few years and it seems like they have really stepped up their vegan offerings. There are a few breakfast options (porridge, granola with yogurt, full vegan breakfast) and lunch options (daily vegan soup, smashed avocado on toast, hummus and sweet sandwich, beetroot salad). I was impressed with how clearly the vegan items were marked on the menu. For a Scottish café, they have an impressive selection of vegan dishes. The smashed avocado on toast with balsamic glaze was delicious, with a perfect avocado to bread ratio. They also serve a good oat milk flat white, with coffee roasted just down the street at Campbell Coffee. The waiter I spoke to was very knowledgeable about coffee tasting."
