"We came here in April 2022 while travelling back home from our holiday. We had to book a table, which we don 't like and were already getting annoyed about, because we had quite some stress to make it there on time in the end, but it was soo worth it! We were there on a Thursday when they offer a small menu still had several options to chose from. I had a Schnitzel with roast potatoes, and I was a bit disappointed that it wasn 't fries because I don 't have those often and thought roast potatoes sound boring, but these were so good! The Schnitzel as well, it was homemade. We also had a bowl which was perfect with a yummy peanut dressing. And we had a Tonkapudding cake which was just lovely. The owners do everything themselves, cook and serve, and are so nice as well. They had a regular restaurant first, but then downsized and changed to vegan, and it 's going well. They offered us a stay on their grounds with our camper which was so thoughtful, but we preferred to get a few miles in still before finding a place to sleep. Such a pity we don 't live any closer as we would defintely be here more often!"
