"In a short time we visited this restaurant 2x. We wanted to eat Beijingente. A call under the week of April and we could spontaneously eat Beijingente. With many restaurants this is only possible with 1-2 days pre-order and often only 4 people. We're glad it was different here. I am not sure, however, whether they still have this on the map in the future or whether they also change in the pre-order, I have not understood it correctly at the last visit and will demand it again. The decor is quite typical in black/red with classic decoration, a beautiful ceiling, glass walls, mirror and in the entrance area a koi pond. All piccobello clean, including toilets. There is also a beautiful outdoor area. And what immediately notices: Very many Asian guests. For me a very good sign that there is authentic food here. The menu shows that unusual dishes are served here, such as pigs, cattle nets, dice... The service is friendly and attentive and shortly after serving comes also the question whether everything tastes and fits etc. The menu Beijingente consists of 4 courses. The first gang is Ente Sushi. More precisely, Sushireis is packed with crispy skin and a sensational tasty sauce. There are 2 roles per person, but they are really very big and I then shared them. The 2nd course is what you actually know as Beijinge: duck with crispy skin, not pancakes, hoisin sauce, cucumber and fabric strips. The whole thing is packed in a pack and was really delicious. Now follows the third gear (which is probably only the last gear in China), namely the soup. The broth has tasted very well and also the vegetables and duck meat. A little need for reconciliation for our conditions is that the flesh still hangs on the bone. Honestly, you're almost tired after this band. But the 4th course followed, the main court. The most juicy and tasty duck can be desired on vegetables in a very good sauce (without skin). During the second visit (Mother’s Day) we tested with 4 people various of the famous Dim-Sum (all made) and were very enthusiastic. My favorites are the meatballs. But also the main dishes (Ente mit Hoisinsauce, Kung Po Shrimples on hot iron plate) are simply perfect and delicious. And even a normal dish like beef with onions has caused me real enthusiasm, I have never eaten well. We have this restaurant to our favorite Chinese and look forward to some more visits where we can taste many of the other delicacies."
