"Auf Empfehlung war ich bei Butcha in Kerpen essen. Nach einem äußerst freundlichen Empfang wurden meine Begleitung und ich zu unserem Tisch geführt. Die Getränke kamen schnell und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Als Hauptgang hatte ich ein Entrecote-Steak (400g mit Folienkartoffel und Sauerrahm. Das Steak lag bei knapp 40€ und 6€ kamen für die Beilage dazu. Zusätzlich wurde zu dem Essen ein Salat gereicht. Da ich leidenschaftlich gerne grille und mich gut mit hochwertigen Steaks (Wagyu, Txogitxu, etc. auskenne bzw. einschätzen kann welche Qualität geboten wird, bin ich immer relativ skeptisch. Ich habe mein Steak englisch bestellt und es wurde auf den Punkt gegrillt. Die Qualität war hervorragend und ich war insbesondere in Anbetracht des Preises sehr zufrieden. Hier kann Butcha locker mit teureren Konkurrenten wie bspw. Reef&Beef in Köln mithalten und hat mich geschmacklich sogar mehr überzeugt. Die Beilage war auch so wie man sich eine Folienkartoffel wünscht. Meine Begleitung hatte einen Burger mit Pommes und war ebenfalls sehr begeistert. Während unseres Besuchs wurden wir regelmäßig vom sehr aufmerksamen Service gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir gerne noch ein Getränk bestellen würden. Insgesamt war der Besuch bei Butcha rundum super und ich werde sicherlich wiederkommen. Einzig das Ambiente wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte optimiert werden, ist aber auch Geschmackssache. Dennoch war es (inklusive Toiletten sehr sauber und gepflegt. "Das Essen war super lecker, jedoch war das Lokal sehr voll, wodurch die Stimmung wirklich laut war. Im besten Fall lieber einen Tisch reservieren. Für jeden, der es ruhig und romantischag beim Essen, ist dieses Lokal nichts , dennoch würde ich es wegen des guten essen nochmals besuchen ."

"Ein Stück scharfkantiges Hartplastik in meinem Döner gefunden. Zum Glück habe ich mit Besteck gegessen, weil das Fladenbrot auseinander gefallen ist. Mir ist schon klar, dass es keine Absicht war (hoffe ich zumindest,) aber sowas darf einfach nicht passieren. Beißt man mit viel „Appetit“ rein, riskiert man paar Zähne loszuwerden oder das Teil bleibt einem im Kiefer stecken, den die Spitzen sind richtig scharf."
