"I learned from this restaurant through the TV show: Rach is looking for Germany's favorite restaurant. It won the Steakhouse category and was second in the final of all categories. When we were back in Kiel, I thought I wanted to give my own opinion. We hadn't reserved, but we were there very early in the evening. We were welcomed nicely and we were told that we were lucky that a table had just canceled, otherwise all tables were reserved. The restaurant is not very large, but very finely decorated. As a rule, there are 2 tables that can of course be put together on larger tables in French. There are comfortable armchairs and padded benches on the wall. Almost everything is held in Turquoise – Petrol sounds and above all in the eye a large silver bullhead falls. It works on one and at the same time very modern, lounge-like. Very nice are also the toilets friendly, bright and clean. The menu is a Mediterranean trip focusing on beef and fish. There are also about 3 dishes from the day ticket that the service requires verbally. Then we order Beef Tatar classic for 11,50€, the Homestyle Burger Pastis for 13,50€ and the marine triology for 14,50€. A Fritz Limo (2,80€ and a house brand Medium 0.5L at 2,50€. The latter is not the house wine, but a table water from the line still or mixed with carbonic acid. There is also a long and wide explanation on the map. Unfortunately, as we were under time pressure, we informed ourselves that we would like to get the dishes served quickly in succession. This was also fully fulfilled, which we liked very much. The Tatar came on a large glass plate that cooked a nice little baguette. It has already been done what I found a little bad, as I would have liked to taste pure beef. It was very strong and sharp, but very tasty. The Beef Burger came to our table with thick pommes and a small Coleslaw together with the marine triology. The burger was juicy and super aromatic, the wide frits are also very tasty and aromatic. The part of Coleslaw was really tiny in the wake glass and tastefully ok, but also no longer. Marine triology (Pulpo Carpaccio, Calamari and shrimp The marine triology of Pulpo Carpaccio, Calamari and shrimp was a great pleasure. The Pulpo Carpaccio was so delicate and aromatic with the magnificent oil and fine lemon aroma. The Calamari had nothing of rubber and were well baked. The shrimps were served in a skalopp. There was a bowl with a mayonnaise. With small exceptions you have taste, aroma and very well prepared food on the plate that it is a pleasure to empty it. Service The service was friendly and very attentive all the time, but you must say it was also very empty at this time. A short time after dinner, we were asked if everything is okay. We found a very good service. Something unprofessional I found how the service staff did not have fun from customer requests very quiet that wanted to make reservations by phone. It doesn't belong to the guest room. Conclusion Excellent food at any reasonable price. The ambience is cozy and you feel worried as a guest. If I'm back in Kiel, I'm sure I'll go to Pastis. There is still much on the map that attracts me and the desserts, which we unfortunately do not invade for time reasons. worth a visit! Shortly after 3 months I could pamper myself in the pastis. I could even book a table on the same day, but it was obviously the last for this evening. When I came to the restaurant at 8:00, almost everything was occupied. The same service personnel were again present. This time they were only two. This has definitely not damaged the service. I was very accommodating again and felt very careless again. This time I decided again for the marine triology (14.50€ as an appetizer, but it was something changed. As the main course of the Entrecôte (21,50€) and as a dessert the Crème Brûlée with Pistazieneis (8,50€). Marine triology (Crevettes, Sardienen Rilettes and Pulpo Carpaccio The marine triology consisted of Crevettes, Sardienen Rilettes and Pulpo Carpaccio. The Pulpo Carpaccio was the last time. Aromatic, just a pleasure. The Sardienes Rilettes surprised me very positively. It was created in an open coffin and served with bread chips. It was full of aromas that all very well harmonized. For my palate it was so many and it wasn't a sharp thing I could hardly taste. A pleasure. The crevettes had to be freed from the shell and, together with the Limonie Majonaise, also very good. To clean your hands, a bowl of water and lemon was provided. Entrecôte with Thick Pommes and Sauce Bearnaise You can choose meat that supplements you want. I had thick pommes and saucebärchen. I rarely ordered the meat medium. When it came, I had the feeling that it did not have this degree anywhere, as the piece had no constant thickness. The incision revealed it. Where it was thick, it was perfect. A very thin line on top and bottom gray and the rest delicate and medium rare. Where it was thinner, it was medium. Small beauty mistakes, but this has been whispered at a high level. It was seasoned with coarse pepper and salt. The Pommes enjoy a very chessy and beautifully soft inside. And also fully aromatic. Crème Brûlée with pistachios ice The evening was finished by Crème Brûlée. It came optically in an elongated bowl and was a very neat part. It was delicate and very vanillig, the sugar layer was very delicate crispy and garnished with delicious fruits. The Piztazieneis was creamy and aromatic, but I don't think I would have used it. Conclusion Second visit: Renew a culinary delight, a noble ambience, a very good, attentive and fast service, a very good value for money and everything without being raised."

"And it happened that our business friends came from NRW to Kiel to share with us and spend a nice evening with good food. As usual for two years, they had attended Hotel Birke Quartier, logically we met at the hotel bar in the evening and then we went to the restaurant. Operation The younger staff in the service was in high shape tonight, I did not notice any mistake. Even the beverage delivery worked very fast, unlike the previous visit. We were only in a small round with four people, one of whom forgot the appetizer. We ordered twice the fish soup I had in very good memory, and once the “Seal variation with nuts and advised Parmesan” in the small version (6.80 € ), the customer was warned by the service employee that it was not just a small additional salad. As main dishes were ordered: once the daily offer: “Steaks from the deer, pink fried, with bacon carrot and herbal potato stump”, whereby the buyer exchanged the supplements: instead of rose cabbage, he ordered red cabbage and roasted potatoes instead of stitch bed potatoes. Two other participants ordered fish: “Brased cod with colorful fried cabbage and frying potatoes” (19,90 € and „Steinbeißerfilet vom Grill mit Safransauce auf knusprigen Black Rooten und Weißweinrisotto“ (22,80 €). All main dishes with the exception of the daily offer came from the weekly ticket shortly after the order, an operation brought every guest a small part of a fiery beef salad as a greeting from the kitchen. After dessert and associated dishes it was only a moment until the soups and salads were served. As already announced by the service, the salad proved to be much too large for an appetizer, but was called very good and tasty. Anyway, the fish soup was very good, strong and with delicate anise, as I remembered and as described by the foreman. Then a little later the main dishes: The daily offer came with three slices from the deer lobe, fried on the outside, inside (dark pink and butterfly. The fish fillets on the other plates not only looked good, they were very praised by the two participants. And last but not least my record with the parts of the goose: At first glance, the pieces of meat looked very dark, suggesting that they could be very dry. But far missed, all pieces of meat were delicate and juicy, strong in taste, and harmonized excellent on cauliflower and slices of napkin noodles. Although we were actually well saturated by the portions, after some time the desire for a dessert was raining. The “Great Vanilla Cream Brûlée” was ordered twice with orange salad and vanilla ice cream (7,80 €), once “Crêpe filled with cherry sauce, with vanilla parfait” (7,50 € and once the “Dessertvariation Fischers Fritz – Von alles Besten” (8,50 €). The desserts were brought after a short time, the cream glasses were decorated in a relatively large bowl with orange fillets and vanilla ice cream, as well as the crêpe with cherry batch according to the standard, but were quite delicious. As with the appetizer, the colleague also weakened in Dessert variant, and only two of the about six small portions were able to do the honor, and there was already a clear answer from the neighboring colleagues. I refer to my earlier reviews and also to Mr ryanair456, where the restaurant is sufficiently described. Cleanliness As always perfect, there was nothing to find out."

"Panorama 26 is located in Kiel-Schilksee directly on the slope to the Kieler Förde. At the top of the hiking and hiking trails and at the bottom there is a part of the sandy beach, which runs over several kilometers. On the roof of Panorama 26 there is an outdoor terrace where you can stay well in summer or in warm days. Both from the roof and from the sun terrace as well as from the inner guest room you have a really great view of the Kiel outskirts. This is also due to the fact that the building is equipped with very much and large glass panes. We were here a few days ago on a Tuesday afternoon because we wanted coffee drinks here once. Panoramic 26 looks quite small from the outside. We were so surprised when we came to the glass building as empty it was then. There were only two tables occupied and a small cozy table in the corner was free where we took the place. When entering the building, we noticed that this afternoon there were only two varieties of cake (incoming cakes and cheese-filled cakes). However, they were not standing in a cake counter, as it is normal, but standing on a table in front of the counter free in space, although on the side also two cake chests. But these were more a decoration because they were empty. At this table with the uncovered cake every guest had to go when he came to the guest room. Not exactly very hygienic, I thought if the bacteria of the cough and the taste of the guests settle on the cake. So we decided to eat something without drinking coffee. The selection of large and small dishes on the map are good and also affordable, although it is actually a resort. From the big and small breakfast there are also snacks such as roast sausage with bread, frits, waffles in various variations, various fish dishes such as fillet with roast potatoes or hot rings. On different Sundays you can even brew here. Under the category: All potatoes are also peasant breakfast and even kiln potatoes, with sour cream, with salmon or with turkey breast strips. We ordered a peasant breakfast and oven potato with sour cream and turkey breast strips. There was also an aster water to drink. The drinks were served very quickly. Unfortunately, the operation was not very talkative. While we were waiting for our food, we realized that the tablecloth was not very clean. Everywhere were crumbs and at the window side of the table was even a clearly visible spot. This usually doesn't work as I think. On the side table stood the laptop of operation and blocked the entire table. We got that when shortly after us an older couple came to drink coffee and forced to take the table on which the laptop stood. We also have the way they sneak around because they were probably occupied by us this afternoon. The operation immediately took her laptop off the table, but I also think that something is not part of the guest room. When the food came, we were curious how it tasted. My oven potato was hot, but good and the sour cream was really plentiful. The turkey breast strips were also well seasoned. The salad dress was only with light oil, tasted but good and rounded off the whole tastefully. The peasant breakfast was quite average. Unfortunately, the onions in the peasant breakfast were quite large. My case would not have been. When we paid, we left the Panorama 26 building very fast. When leaving the building we saw that you can rent beach baskets here in the summer. Finally, it should be said that everything seemed rather above the surface, although it could be called a beach restaurant, quality and above all cleanliness should not be missing. The operation was not right at all, and you really felt that she had no great pleasure in what she did here. I don't know if I come back."
