"Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen zum Abendessen an einem Sonntag dort und hatten einen Tisch auf der Terasse.Die Lage ist schön, man kann die Abendsonne noch genießen.Die Terasee war zur Hälfte mit Gästen belegt.Leider war der Service mangelhaft, da wir lange warten mussten bevor wir bedient wurden und dann auch nur sehr langsam.Volle Aschenbecher standen auf jedem Tisch und wurden weder geleert noch weggeräumt nachdem wir sagten, das wir alle Nichtraucher seien und die Aschenbecher stören würden!Die Vorspeise mit Nachos wurde als große Portion beworben, ist aber eher klein und war nicht besonders würzig.Das Essen kam nach einer nicht zu langen Wartezeit und war nicht vollständig!Bis zu diesem zeitpunkt hatten wir noch kein Besteck bekommen! Auf Nachfrage wurde dies gebracht, aber wieder zu wenig!Das Essen selbst war 08/15. Nichts besonderes, der Ceasar-Salat zu trocken und der rest des Essens eher durchschnittlich gewürzt. Alles irgendwie ohne Flair, wie bei einem Fastfood-Imbiss!Leider lag zwischen den Tischen und auf dem Weg ins Restaurant immer wieder Essensreste und verlorenes Besteck herum, welches auch nicht von den Kellnern aufgeräumt wurde.Die Kellner hatten offensichtlich keine gastronomische Erfahrung. Schade!Da wir mehrmals im Jahr Kleve besuchen und dabei fast immer einmal ins Tijuana gehen, waren wir sehr enttäuscht und werden uns 2x überlegen ob wir dies noch einmal wagen werden."

"Situated near a small shopping centre, this coffee house offers its guests breakfast and lunch on the terrace or indoors. The service is excellent and the food is simple and good at a very reasonable price. My daughter and I enjoyed a pleasant lunche there:...a varied vegetarian potatoes dish for her and a delicious pasta dish with eggs for me. We were very pleased with both the food and the friendly and prompt service. We will certainly return to this place again this summer and in the future!"

"Very nice old farmhouse with a decent kitchen, at noon also with a lunch card. We noticed that the time of the corona was well adapted. The food (Friday is probably fish day) was very nice, the prices absolutely appropriate. Beautiful autumn decoration everywhere. Not so great was the quite long waiting period, but the place was also well visited."

"After a self-designed tour through Zeeland and Flanders, we actually wanted to spend a night before the trip home in Nimwegen. In 6 hotels asked, but there were no free rooms anymore, as there was a festival in the city. In short, we drove to Germany, as the next day this direction had to be driven anyway. The Navi survey showed Kleve and there we got a room in the Accent Hotel. Unfortunately there was neither restaurant nor bar, so we had to ask. The local Zur Post was recommended to us that only two roads should continue. In fact, we found the house after the road description and went into it. Like a peasant's room it mutates and as it was still really warm, we asked for an outskirts. The waiter made us aware that it would be a long way to the buffet. We didn't want a buffet, we said. This misunderstanding then clarified when looking into the map, because there were often courts: salad navch choice from the buffet or something similar. Really, it was late, we were tired and hungry, that really didn't matter. The terrace turned out to be an idyllic ambience with wind lights and we were not alone here either. The map was extremely meat-loaded, as I expected. Sometimes you have to go through as a vegetarian or you have to go hungry and thirsty to sleep. My companion decided for the hunter's carving and I chose the chicken breast fillet grilled with croquettes, all in the assumption that this fillet came from happy chickens in an art-friendly attitude now. We agreed with the carafe white wine 0.5 liter for 9.80 euros. By the way, the waiter who told us about the salad buffet served us here. He was an attentive host who liked to keep a chat. Our food came after about 30 minutes and I can only say that it was worth waiting. The meat was tender, the food was hot and the sauce was well seasoned. Actually, this typical German food is not so my case, as I can give up on sauces well, but we were really hungry and forgot everything to the last crumb. After that we ordered a carafe of wine, as we were assured that the restaurant was always open until 24.00. I prefer Mediterranean with little sauce and no meat, but in this situation we could certainly not walk better. The Jägerschnitzle was not too high at 12.50 and my court was also not too high at 12.50 euros."

"Food: They food is absolutely amazing wether you go for chicken or for schnitzel it's always delicious and always cooked perfectly. It's a large menu that they recently refreshed (disclaimer: recently for me I have seen it my last 3 visits and I come from time to time so in reality the new menu is there for almost 6 months) didn't try the burgers yet. Will try them for reviews sake, but the legendary schnitzel is what I come from. They are very large so your belly will be happy when you done. Service: Staff is always kind and friendly, unfortunately you CAN see it from theire faces when they don't feel like it that day. They still help you just as well but you can't help but notice the lack of motivation and lack of a smile sometimes. So that's why I put 4 stars like I said: they still help you just as good but as guest you wanna see them smile cause if they don't it tells you something. Just make sure if you see this to help m out and see if you can make m smile even if it's just for a moment. Atmosphere: it's a nice place to sit with a nice roof covered (tent style) terrace it's nothing spectacular fancy but still a nice place to sit. The atmosphere does unfortunately depend on how busy it is. The bussier the better the atmosphere. I know in restaurants that's normal but here they really depend on that factor. I also feel they can keep the place a bit cleaner. Often when I come there are dirty tables and that's not really nice. I would say the atmosphere rating would be 2 stars when sitting indoors and 3 when sitting outside. And in summer days the sun helps them out and outside would be a 4. So imma keep this a 3 for average. Again despite the details I would highly recommend giving the place a try your belly will tell you your happy"

"Redwagon ist ein schöner knallroter,gemütlicher,alter aber liebevoll restaurierter und gehaltener Zug Wagon,auf dem Abstellgleis in Kleve an der Spoy.Direkt bei der Uni und ca 500m von der Einkaufsstraße in Kleve,hat der Wagon seinen Ruhesitz und läd auf eine große Terasse zum sitzen,lecker Trinken und essen und zum geniessen und ausruhen.Ein ganz liebevoll gestalteter kleiner Garten vorne läd schon ein und außerdem fängt genau beim Wagon auch die neue Fahrradstrecke bis nach Holland an...oder hört dort auf.Der Draisinenbahnhof ist direkrer Nachbar und Parken kannst du direkt davor auf einem großen Parkplatz,von dem aus du über eine kleine Brücke über die Spoy gehen kannst. Auch bei Regenwetter kannst du im Wagon bleiben,es werden Riesige Schirme aufgestellt sodaß du Trocken bleibst.Ein paar wenige Sitzplätze gibts aber auch im Wagon,wo du dich echt fühlst wie auf einer Historischen Fahrt im Zug,es ist Herrlich,musst du dir mal angucken. Die Preise sind für Ambiente und Geschmack relativ gut,leider kommst du mit Rollstuhl aber nicht auf die Terasse,es führt eine Treppe hoch.Toiletten sind um die Ecke in einem Container,wo du dir auch erst den Schlüssel holen musst.Sind aber okay und musst nicht aufhalten ; Also Fazit...eine meiner Lieblingsplätze zum gemütlichen einkehren,nicht groß aber lecker und schön gelegen in Herrlichem Ambiente...geh mal hin."

"Da wir in Kleve leben bestellen wir sehr oft bei Mamas's Pizza Place und gehen auch mal vor Ort essen. Das Essen schmeckt uns immer gut und die Preise sind im Vergleich auch sehr günstig. Besonders loben möchte ich die schnelle Lieferung - es gibt Tage da bestelle ich und keine 20 Minuten später steht das Essen bei mir zuhause. Heute waren es 15 Minuten! Zudem haben sie bis 1 Uhr nachts geöffnet, was vor allem am Wochenende echt toll ist. Die meisten Lieferdienste in der Umgebung schließen um 23 Uhr. Pizza und Co. sind amerikanisch und nicht Italienisch - dafür empfehle ich andere Restaurants. Sowohl Pizza, und Burger als auch die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen und die Twisterpommes (!) sind sehr lecker. Wir bestellen gerne dort"

"The quick snack cooking spoon is very interesting first. Before I was in Kleve, I've never heard of it. But now on the evaluation. At first glance, the cooking spoon is confusing. Burger, Pommes, Grill chicken, Hotdogs??? The combination is confusing. Finally, I chose the classic MCDONALD 'S MENÜ with Cheeseburger, Pommes, and drink. And I have to say... The quality, i.e. the taste of the whole, almost suits me to the taste of the fast food giant. This is, of course, now deliberately whether this is positive or negative. It was a positive experience for me. The atmosphere is also excellent. A good location in the middle of Kleve near the castle. You can sit outside and I couldn't find the dirty conditions mentioned by others. Now to the negatives. Yes, I have given 5 stars despite a negative thing, because I simply find that the 5 stars are still justified, as there are only small things that have disturbed me. And sometimes I'm very penile. My Coca Cola was served in a Pepsi glass. Nothing bad, but just a little thing you could change if Coca Cola is already advertised. The cool looking cooking spoon Pikser for the Pommes is unfortunately the first to use immediately terminated. The design is real class just a little better plastic would be desirable. In summary: A damn good fast restaurant that I will definitely visit again. I hope that Kochspoon will soon have a branch near me, as it can keep both pricey and image from the big ones."

"Wie und ob einem das Essen bei Mc Donalds schmeckt, ist Geschmacksache. Aber das wichtigste ist doch die Hygiene. Mal wieder um 20:00 Uhr, 80% der Plätze frei, aber eben tatsächlich alle einfach nur dreckig. Kein einziger sauberer Tisch. Da hilft es auch nichts wenn eine Mitarbeiterin den Boden kehrt… dabei ist es auch geblieben. Und der Ketchup an der Wand, hängt da auch schon länger."

"Erg sfeervolle zaak met een ruim terras. Goede, vlotte vriendelijk bediening. Op het terras langdurig gezeten... gegeten en gedronken. M.u.v. het bier uit de tap heerlijk gedronken en een eenvoudig hapje gegeten... We hadden gekozen voor Schnitzel met champignons(saus) en franse frietjes. Gepaneerde Schnitzel niet gebakken maar gefrituurd waardoor minder smaakvol, frietjes waren niet echt warm. Voor buiten borden voorverwarmen zou een boel schelen. Garnituur bestond uit een armzalig slablaadje. Maar Overall erg gezellig hier gezeten voor een zeer aangename prijs. Als je geen te hoge eisen stelt kun je hier uitstekend drinken/eten/terrassen."

"A great place to eat and drink. We were there with our dog who was very kindly received by the staff. Of course we were very kindly welcomed. The ambience was very appealing and, as already described, the staff was very friendly and competent. If I eat, I have to take off a star. It was plentiful and good. "I was with Heicks every day. Tuna rolls without butter and little remoulade with egg. For 1.5 years I can no longer.... comes east and sometimes makes a decent bakery. ... for my birthday last week I brought 30 empty of my favorite roles.... "Indisch hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr gehabt und von einer Bekannten gehört dass sie dort öfters maln to go bestellt. Man kann dort drinnen oder auch draußen sitzen (mit Blick auf einen Spielplatz...gut für Eltern mit kleineren Kindern). So, und das Wichtigste ist eh ' das Essen. Es gibt die traditionelle Indische Küche. Ausreichend und sehr lecker. Wir sind jetzt nicht so die Foto vom Essen posten Menschen, daher keine Bilder. Jedenfalls ist das Lokal eine gute Gelegenheit um Indisch auszuprobieren oder für den Routinier um auf Stand zu bleiben."

"Als zufriedene Gäste vorhergehender Betreiber hatten wir uns bei den neuen Inhabern zum Frühstücksbüffet angemeldet. Für stolze 18,90 € haben wir einiges erwartet. Das Highlight beschränkte sich neben den üblichen Dingen wie Brötchen, Aufschnitt und Käse leider nur auf Tomate/Mozzarella und Obstsalat. Den auf der Homepage angebotenen Lachs (lt. Inhaber z.Zt. zu teuer , ebenfalls angepriesenes Gemüse und selbstgekochte Marmeladen vermissten wir. Eine Alternative (vielleicht als Ausgleich ein Gläschen Sekt? Wäre nett gewesen... wurde nicht angeboten. Außer rohem Schinken und Salami gab es nur Frischwurst, keinen Bratenaufschnitt, eine Sorte Weichkäse, keinen Frischkäse. Das Rührei war lecker, gehört aber beim einem Büffet ja wohl auch zum Standardangebot. M.E. wurde hier beim Angebot gerne preislich gespart, obwohl der Büffetpreis für Kleve bereits im oberen Rahmen liegt. Da wird bei anderen Gastronomen ganz andere Qualität und Diversität geboten. Ausdrücklich loben möchte ich das wirklich tolle Ambiente und das sehr freundliche Personal. Zum Frühstücken weichen wir dann aber doch lieber wieder auf andere Angebote aus."
