"A piece of nostalgia...! The Penguin Ice Salon or Milk Bar Penguin, as it is now called, is for me and my family (all a piece of Leipzig history tradition. My mother sat here with her grandparents and now this piece of Leipzig history is a really wonderful café restaurant. The food (ice waffles... is really delicious and creative, just like the drinks. The ambience is really very tasteful and there is plenty of space both indoor and outdoor - on sunny days weekend is recommended to reserve a table... This speaks quality for itself; highly recommended"
