"the restaurant of the hotel “Brücklwirt” is also quite popular as an edible place. it consists of several rustic, cozy dining rooms and a few classically decorated but somewhat antique dining rooms. the elegant endurance menu shows that this place wants to be a stylish restaurant....This destination is achieved in any case with regard to the creativity of the dishes offered, as the choice goes far beyond the classics of Austrian cuisine. However, at least some of the courts seem a little overpractical. from Monday to Friday there are also two menus of the day, whose prices are good for a restaurant of this stand. as we had eaten there as a group of about a dozen lunches, we had a cross-section of dressed from the menus of the day as well as from dressed à la carte. to the greatest part, it was generally quite fat. some incomprehensible decisions of the cook pamper the picture, however. for example, a sweet pfeffer soup would have been perfect if it had been served without a full charge of small pieces ordinary brot on the head. in contrast to the crumbs they had not been roasted and did not fit into this suppe. a nice vegetable lasagna was pampered by a large amount of a superfluous stomp, which was mainly made from flour, which was thought to be a crumb sauce. the waiting staff, on the other hand, offered an impeccable service and the waiting times, even for the à la carte dishes, were quite short."
