"We returned to this place driven by a previous positive experience. Unfortunately in the meantime the restaurant has changed management and change has been catastrophic. First of all there is no menu so the choice of dishes should be made when the owner comes to list them without having any idea of the prices. Microwave heated supermarket appetizers. The owners themselves manage a self-service next to the restaurant where practically the same dishes are offered at a lower price. The tranquility of the room is undermined by the continuous screams of the owner coming from the kitchen and the continuous way go of customers of the said self-service that exploit the tiny bathroom of the restaurant. The account is a real theft: a mixture of baked appetizers and two first fish municipalities at 75€. In the receipt there is only the written “2 covers” to reiterate the secrecy of prices and probably protect itself from negative reviews. Never chosen the name was more accurate: “Once upon a time” ...a good restaurant). Bad experience"

"The evening of August was a beautiful family evening delighted by a superlatively excellent dinner. The menu was fixed with mixed appetizers of meat, cheese, fried polenta, horticultural products of their production and continue with homemade ravioli like once. The second was a Fiorentina cooked in the grill from which a tasty and soft cut was made, accompanied by potatoes always of their production. The price was right for the abundance of the courses. The staff was helpful and friendly as well as the owners. I recommend it for the tranquility of the place, the genuine food the presence of playground for children and the courtesy of the staff."

"E' stata l'ultima cena della nostra vacanza a Tellaro e direi che abbiamo chiuso in bellezza! L'osteria è in una villa immersa nel bosco con un doppio giardino, noi abbiamo mangiato in quello posteriore, molto intimo e curato. Presente sia menu di terra che di pesce e quest'ultimo offre dei piatti spettacolari, nota di merito in particolare per i muscoli ripieni che erano fa-vo-lo-si. Personale gentilissimo e cortese! Un posto veramente consigliato.Attenzione se usate Google Maps per arrivarci, a pochi minuti dall'osteria vi suggerirà una strada sterrata e stretta, dovete invece rimanere sulla strada normale e dopo qualche curva arriverete senza problemi."

"Prima volta in questo piccolo e raffinato bistrot situato all'inizio di una viuzza che porta poi alla piazza sul lungomare. Piatti a base di pesce davvero buoni, la scelta del menu non ampissima è in linea con le proposte di un bistrot e si rimane piacevolmente soddisfatti. Consigliata la prenotazione, i pochi posti all'interno si compensano con alcuni tavoli all'estero e la location interna è molto carina arredata in stile marittimo. Il personale è simpatico, disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca il servizio un po' lento, probabilmente giustificato dalla molta gente presente ai tavoli quella sera e dai tempi di preparazione dei piatti che in ogni caso lasceranno soddisfatti. Prezzi nella media e in linea con un buon menu di pesce. Consigliato per una tranquilla serata tra amici o per una cena più intima."

"The food was really nice and local, good fish and pizza. We have ordered a set of six different starters, two dishes for the kids, one pizza for me and noodles (primi piatti) and fish for my wife. Except for the fish, everything was served at the same time (and about 5 minutes after our order). This was very unpleasant, there was not even enough space on the table and a very stressy atmosphere. However, the personnel was very friendly and the food tasted excellent, but we could not really enjoy it."

"Stopped in late for a dinner. Limited pastas menu but a full two pages of pizzas! It's right on the water overlooking the Marina with the main side walk so you can people watch too. We had the Pizza Cotto and Diavola. 6€ and 7€ ea. Wow! We aren't in Rome anymore. Hot, Delicious and a great crust. Not a thin pizza but still plenty as an appetizer for 4 or a meal for two. We also tried the Cannelloni Ricotta Spinach w/ cream sauce. Three portions on the plate. It's was good but nothing over the top. We enjoyed dinner with two bottles of Chianti Classico. Reasonably priced at 20€ ea Overall, a very nice dinner at a good price."
