"I have never been treated so well. The room, clean and comfortable. The reception was extremely helpful and polite. But I would like to say about the woman who served me at breakfast, I think her name is Lena, I have no words to describe her. An incredible human being. I had her hug at check out and I can say: it was the best and truest kindness I received in Wales. I am grateful for my accommodation. And grateful to have met the people who work at this hotel. The best staying!!!!"
