"We arrived somewhat late for lunch and without booking but were found a table on a shady terrace on a busy bank holiday Monday. Service was charming and commendably quick. Lots of choices on the blackboard. My entrecote steak was huge, and perfectly cooked "a pointe". My wife ordered a "salade d'ete" thinking it would be a light lunch but it was enormous, with smoked duck breast, a chiffonade of ham, feta, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled aubergines, grilled tomatoes, bacon and more besides! With a coffee, half a litre of house red wine and one chocolate mousse dessert the bill came to a very reasonable 48 euros. Highly recommended."
