"I'm very disappointed! My family and I visit Harvester regularly, at least once a week, and we also choose it for special celebrations. However, on October 4th, not only did we experience issues with their equipment that prevented me from using a voucher for our meals, but to make matters worse, I saw my son input his registration into the machine, which resulted in us getting a parking fine. We appealed it, but unfortunately, we lost and had to pay an additional £50 on top of what we already spent on our meals. This fine should have been waived since we can prove we were dining at Harvester. I will never use any Harvester again!"
