"I planned to go to the trattoria delle cozze with a group of 16. Called the number numerous times, maybe 10, then finally got to speak with a woman. She asked how many, took the name for the reservation and we were ready to go. At night we travelled from a town near Trapani and got there on perfect time. The guy who was dealing with seating customers, checked on the book and said we didn’t have a reservation. Went inside, checked the book inside, nothing, out name nowhere to be found. We were told to go cause it was all full. No manager came out to apologise, to give us an alternative, to offer somethings for our next visit. 4 cars and 16 people turned away like nothing. On top of everything, while waiting I thought to try the number again, maybe I was wrong the whole time. Not only was it right, the phone was ringing next to us in a little room, and two waiters were sitting right outside, no one was picking up the phone and the line would switch to a fax after few rings. Please change job, hospitality needs hospitable people, not people who wants money"
