"I used to eat lunch for years, on average, sometimes a week without a problem (I have already done the same week ... yes I’m often greedy to take away but it’s really become my canteen!My favorite dishes: ravioli soup, lemon-capped chicken, luc-lake beef, shrimp bites, fried ravioli, nems and of course the boob. I didn’t have the opportunity to retester all of these dishes but the welcome is no longer exactly what it was and the trend doesn’t really inspire me ... you will tell me: let the new but unlikely that we find the same level! the bobun remains correct (almost identical) even if the prices have a few increases (more discount for the dishes to take away why not!On the other hand, disappointed by the shrimp bites ... smaller and a quality below those presented by the old direction! Idem for the nems. The wait to get our takeaway dishes: announced minutes to order (for maximum minutes before) ... once on site: check the order: it was missing a rice and the time to do the point with the service, we waited for almost minutes on site (so the dishes were no longer hot enough:)the bills are necessarily above what I knew and for me, it is not justified! and I will no longer have the means to maintain this establishment as my canteen. My colleague had taken a shrimp salad for more euros: a salad type entry shrimp defrosted): good but not in keeping with the price. My colleague took some crunchy chicken for more euros: a dish and a white rice but frankly the quality/quantity is not there! sad to see from the old direction, I waited for the reopening of this very enthusiastic establishment."

"We were coming for the second time at the grapillon, our first visit had been an exit with stars in the eyes and a very happy stomach. This time was different.Already before all I say that it is very rare that I chipote in front of my plate and above all I am rather of the kind discreet not the kind to make scandal. It's already bad because I book online and I don't get an email or sms that confirms the reservation, a bug in my opinion because usually it works perfectly. I therefore allow myself to phone to be certain not to find me in front of a door close to our arrival (especially that it is my husband's birthday.) apparel according to the manager it is not possible that I did not receive the mail and sms because the coordinates are up to date ... so I guess I am stupid then ... my husband orders a tartar of beef with the flavors of regalia. And I'm a South West xxl salad. Ha yes the salad is huge. on paper it was a dream. I waited to be away from the other customers to explain the disaster of this salad to 17,90 euros .fried mushrooms (how to say, from the fleet no flavored, the same render as a mushroom out of a box ) answer = no jar at home, I can show you the invoice, it's not the season in any normal way that they didn't taste the olive with I say it's a shame because a little parsley and garlic would have caught up. not it makes too many different flavors apparel. confites tomatoes: 5 cherry tomatoes just cooked a few minutes not confined at all. answer: there's already a lot in the plate so we're not gonna put more. foie gras on brioche bread: not bad luck but is this house? smoky magret: 6 small slices cut thick damage because hard to macher but good taste. duck jam crunch; a small extra fat confit nem ... the confit is already very fat base but then fries thereafter. Roasted spice bread: one or two crunchy dice but the rest was really but really inmangeable ... a hard chewing gum that pizzles the rassi kind lead. answer: it's roasted, I'll check in the kitchen but not it's crispy. salad yes an entire salad for a person. I don't see the point. answer: no one complained and people are happy to have a lot of salad. in summary answer of the gerant: you go next to you will have half in the plate and for the same price, barely margin on this salad. Nobody complained about anything. I want to say normal people are afraid to face-to-face the people of today they prefer to stab them in writing. I don't have to blame him. I said loudly what I thought. In short, very disappointed because no taste, no seasoning, no pleasure besides being a turtle that eats salad. but above all disappointed because no consideration of our remark, no commercial gesture and taken for idiots. I know very well that the words are hard but the mistakes are human and the kitchen is a difficult trade, I am myself cook and I do not qualify this salad as a gourmet. I expect an answer to the height of last night. The style that it is in no case possible that this salad was not at the height. The questioning sometimes does good, right?"
