"I ordered three pork gyros for myself and my two children—one without salad for my eldest son—along with some halloumi fries and a burger for my wife. We were informed that our order would take 80 minutes, which was already frustrating, but we ended up waiting nearly two and a half hours for our food.
Once it arrived, I realized we had been cheated. A gyros is meant to be a delicious combination of meats, fries, vegetables, and a generous helping of fresh tzatziki, all wrapped in a crispy pita, as advertised. Instead, what we received was a greasy, soggy container filled with pork and fries, accompanied by what could only be described as an insultingly small and inadequate pita—it looked more like a muffin roll and tasted equally dismal.
Although I had ordered one gyros without salad, all three came without any salad. This left both my wife and me to eat gyros with a significant portion of the ingredients missing. While the pork itself was decent, it was hard to appreciate amongst the greasy fries and the tiny serving of tzatziki.
Given the high prices and long wait time, we couldn’t help but feel utterly let down. This isn’t just a subpar representation of Greek food; it’s a complete misfire. I’m extremely disappointed and will never order from here again."
