"I've been to Black Rock twice, and both times the food was fantastic. The breakfast, in particular, was one of the best I've ever had—I didn't even have time to snap a photo before diving in! Some reviews mentioned that the service was slow, but I didn't experience that at all. The staff did inform us that there might be a wait, especially since it was a sunny Saturday during peak time, but when the food is freshly prepared, it's worth the wait. I thought the prices were reasonable for a bistro in such a stunning location with freshly prepared meals. Definitely worth a visit!"
