"Looking for another restaurant,as always the same in our vicinity,I stumbled over the Noori. Japanese, we've never been eating and from a tablet, we've never ordered. So we first asked my son if he'd come with him, because he's more company than we did. Sure, he said and we reserved for 3 people. The Noori is located in Moers in the County Passage, the first floor. There are two parking garages outside. We were received very nicely and brought to our table. The operation came with a tablet and briefly explained how it worked. Well, you have 2.5 hours to eat. From the tablet, you can choose the dishes. The dishes are served per round, each picking up 5 dishes and within 4 minutes. Anyone who manages to eat so much in 2.5 hours can order up to 10 rounds. We've been working after four rounds. The buffet costs €26.80 on Fridays- Sundays per person. Drinks go extra. You can also choose Menues, but the buffet was much more interesting for us. That's how we could try something. Guys and I realized that sushi is not ours. That's why it was so good that we were able to test it now that we really enjoyed it and of course we drank Japanese beer. Both varieties were very sweet and had over 5.The exact price I no longer know, but the 0.33 bottle cost over 3 euros. Well, but if Japanese, then right. Only the old beer glasses fit the drink. "Das Personal und auch der Inhaber waren alle sehr freundlich und die Bedienung gut. Aber leider wurden wir a) von dem äußeren Erscheinungsbild von außen und b) auch von der Internetseite angelockt. Auch die Speisekarte fanden wir gut. Dann kamen wir rein und es sieht ehrlich gesagt eher aus wie in einer Kneipe anstatt in einem Restaurant. Leider ist der einzig moderne und schöne Raum einer mit lediglich ein paar wenigen Tischen, die natürlich schon alle belegt waren den man dann auch auf der Internetseite sieht. Die anderen Räumlichkeiten sind leider wirklich sehr altmodisch und mit wenig schönem Ambiente. Aber ist halt auch Geschmackssache. Unser Ding war es nicht (wir sind um die 30). Wir waren Ostern da und wollten von der normalen Karte essen. Leider gab es ohne Ankündigung trotz vorherigem Telefonat nicht den Hinweis, dass es nur bestimmte Speisen gibt. Das fanden wir sehr schade weil wir uns vorher schon etwas ausgesucht hatten. Das Schnitzel mit Zwiebeln und Champignons, was wir bestellt hatten war groß und auch gut aber von der Zubereitung waren die Bratkartoffeln nicht so ganz unser Fall. Es war alles sehr fettig und leider waren die Zwiebeln und Champignons nur ganz leicht angebraten und teilweise noch fast roh (also nur leicht weich). Wir haben uns nicht beschwert weil es halt auch Geschmackssache ist.Wir werden aber nicht nochmal dort essen gehen. Wir haben einfach etwas anderes erwartet."

Since the menu did not say to us, we finally decided to use the GARNELE “PIL PIL” as an appetizer, and from the menue ROSA GEBRATENER KALBSRÜCKEN, apricot Pfifferlinge Potato-Mandel-Flan To shorten the waiting period we were provided with 2 spreads.
