"My personal experience is very bad. As a tourist who does not know the language, I went very kindly to order an ice coffee with milk and a pizza. The staff (a lady and a man, both young) started talking badly to each other, feeling annoyed by my questions, and being very very edgy and unpleasant. I recommend two things to the management: First, they should study a basic course in restoration and how to serve customers, especially when they are tourists. Second, they should also study a basic course of good manners, education, and good faith towards others. I do not recommend at all. There are restaurants and ice cream sites nearby that are, in contrast, much more friendly."
