"Classical cuisine excellent, with good products. But we come especially here for the wine map, which is fantastic, and for truffles. Perfect welcome. [Return in summer 2020. Wonderful lobster salad with foie gras and truffles (the great specialty of the restaurant). It is also one of the last places where we can offer villages of Lafon or Roumier at decent prices. One of our favorite tables in France, no doubt. [Back in May 2021, at the opening of the terraces. Always as well done, with so much professionalism. Wine from the Domaine de la Grange des Pères, in tribute to Laurent Vaillé, recently disappeared. I keep the five. [Return in July: Bravo for the paste in the croute! And the beautiful Chassagne Clos de la Boudriotte 2015 from Ramonet [Back in January, with a superb and generous truffle menu (Bravo has found so good in such a mediocre year). As always beautiful wines, including an excellent Clos St Denis de Dujac)"
