Honestly, enthusiasm is something else, but I didn't want to spend my lunch time with a city visit or other search for reasonable places. Victors got his 3rd chance. In the left part, part of the staff was bound by a larger society. The “normal” right area was still less visited, 3 tables were occupied with a total of 5 people. I was looking for a two table, but there were no objections. A young female service force brought the thick card, which also listed the weekly offers on a simple insert, a menu of 2 courses per day for 13.50 €, but also only the main dish available. The duck on page 2 was the oral additional information. Didn't I find that duck? The rest of the normal offer corresponded to that of a better hotel restaurant, none of which motivated me or gave the ultimate kick. So the choice fell to the complete offer of today: mousse from the brook trout with salad and baguette and fish with a fresh cheese preparation baked with pea chops and rice. In addition, after the desired wine card had come and sighted, a Grauburgunder semi-dry from the Rhine, WG Büchler, €4.80 for 0.2 l From the order of the wine card, until the service was paid by a young man with ... a super performance. If there were still a little empathy to the automatic system... The young female service force from the beginning, which also completed the payment process, showed the successes of a good training. I have to mention this, because it has become quite rare. Service: 5 stars The wine was then not a bad choice, although for me actually too sweet, but I could arrange myself, temperature perfect, served in the glass. On the appetizer plate were 2 spoon mousses at 12 and 6 o'clock, in the middle some lollo with little but good dressing, left a small mini rice cake. There were fresh, still slightly warm, baguette. Ordinary, but not a highlight. 3 stars A three-part was found on the main dish: on the left at the top the peas chovies, on the right at the top of the rice, at the bottom 2 small fillets from cod, according to Ansage. The fish was juicy, the topping with fresh cheese mass to the right was very dominant and the poor fish slapping, to the left better fitting, also by cherry tomatoes. The sugar chops almost al dente, ok, the rice loose, not soaky, but just rice. I missed a light white wine sauce. Otherwise, no serious errors, but also no taste explosions. Okay, three stars. And again, here at the 3rd visit, the amount served is really close to or below the saturation limit. There can be no good at the PLV (with me), I don't understand any fun. Here is saved at the wrong end. On the other hand, even the portions of normal dishes from the map of side tables did not give rise to a similar feeling of the tax. 3 star"
