I tried different dishes. good sliced meat and cheese. fantastic goose carbonara pasta. performed well with a cream to lick the mustache. very good also the second: I chose the belly of grey (pigstick) with chocolate and lettuce. it melted in the mouth and had a great balanced goto. it was also served with mustard in grains, very strong of its, but got along with the rest balanced the overall goto. excellent also the dessert: cheesecake to the fruit of passion. a very good and fresh dessert.
