"This establishment has been in operatiion since 1908...same family. They are obviously doing something right. The food is first class with a wide range of suggestions, daily specials, and regular outstanding fare. The dining room is well appointed and its interesting to see the number of locals that mix with out of town travelers. Prices are very very fair. The wine selection is incredible and offers the best from nearby wineries. Go with the suggested bottle for your meal. They offer seven well appointed and modern rooms upstairs. I personaly make this my base every year while attending VinItaly in nearby Verona. Cannot beat the rooms or the service. The ajoining countryside is beautiful. Quiet, peacful, wineries to visit, the snow capped Dolomites. Daniela Tregnago is the proprietor...she is a gem. Also ask for Giovanni- the major domo of sorts...tell him Mike from Texas sent you!
