Schade."

"The Beetle Cups, in fact and as Michelin describes, seem to be a popular restaurant and more ... in which very good products determine the international food supply . At noon the restaurant on the first floor of the beautiful residential area of Bogenhausen was visited predominantly by businessmen and Munich couples 50. I like the very hospitable opening hours, because I don't belong to those who want to eat at 12 points. The Beetleschanke has a warm kitchen. Searching for a parking lot is a bit cumbersome today and it's already lucky to get a free parking. This becomes easier when the in-house underground car park is opened again. A spiral staircase leads from the ground floor, where the shops of the fine food business are located, to the first floor to the restaurant. Once the guest is almost in the kitchen, the products can chew in the showcase and observe the crunching chefs. Since it is quite nice weather, we can sit in the outside area on the narrow balcony. I don't know if there's ever a sunbeam. In any case, ceiling heating is also great today. The tables and chairs are made of dark wood, simple and how to find them in a better garden industry. Everything is very clean and covered with blankets and fabric napkins. There is fresh bread, a plate with olive groves, green olives and butter. The menu reads well, we take the 3 common lunch menu (40 euros), which can then be compiled again from three different appetizers, two main dishes and two different desserts. As an appetizer I take Tatar from the calf and calfsfilet: As for a Tatar order, I am careful. This caution is not necessary for bugs and my premonition of being able to eat Tatar without regret has been confirmed. Simply delicious, it came in the size of a table tennis ball fresh, finished and tastefully flavored and with a toupé from Krimson. The calf fillet in pink and boiled with a fine coat of fresh herbs, cut open and the two slices decorative on the plate arranged along with the Tatar. The Randdeco and supplement were a pair of Ruccola leaves with a few hops of bright salad sauce, the light herbs and reminded of a yogurt sauce. The main dish was a piece of zanderfilet fried on the skin. The delicate and as expected with fresh fish, with Pak Choi and small black olives, was in very little very fine broth. The supplement was rice, this came in a small bowl for both of us, divided there were four chopped tablespoons for all. My dessert, as it fits this season, was enchanted by Rharbarber and Strawberry. This visit is more than worth it. However, what you should know is the fact that there are no xxl portions, but is placed on above-average quality and preparation of the dishes. It is also difficult for me to judge the price-performance ratio as it was a) Munich and b) intentional shares. Beverage prices are also in the upper price level."

"Training in Munich so we use the holiday and Sunday in order to arrive more. We didn't want to get here, check in and drive underground. The weather is very crowded and we had already spied out what there is. First loan, note in the door, today closed. But not noted on the HP. Next, a Greek. Here we were lucky to have another place. Here you should reserve to go to the safe number. The metro station Studentenstadt is about 1 km away. Near the corner of Frankfurter Ring Föhringer Ring it is located directly on the street. The highway is also not far from here. There are some parking options on the side of the road. At the entrance and the toilet there is a small threshold as you know from old inns. So everything is flattering. Corona There are hint signs with rules and also for masquerade. Many, especially risk groups, didn't stop. They didn't get a notice from the service. They just ran around without a mask. At the entrance and on the toilets there is a disinfectant dispenser. Tables are disinfected after each guest. Staff always wears masks. Everyone gets a separate note to fill out the data. Kullis will also come into a vessel where it is used. Service We were kindly greeted by a lady and after a look into the booklet and agreement with a man we got another table. These two were dressed in everyday clothes. The other men in black with extra black diocese. The lady brought us to the table and put us the cards. We got time to look for drinks received by the lady. A little later, a gentleman came to us and told me. Essen's order was received and he was still standing. After we didn't say anything, he meant to drink? Drinks quickly came to the table with an ouzo on the house without words. Shortly afterwards the salad plate reached us with the question- Gyros- and was put to the table. The food had a little wait for itself, but at the same time came again without words. You might want a good appetite. The wordless continued during the meal. They were always present but wondered if everything was right. The empty plates noticed the lady and meant only short and flush – it tasted. When the glasses were empty, there was a man-passed. We shared with that we would like to pay and shortly afterwards he put a proper buck at the table. So we sat there with the money in the hand and everyone just ran by. We then stopped the Lord in everyday clothes to settle the bill. A little pampy he said – someone is coming. After some time, the Lord was back at the table that had put the Bone and only meant – thank you. That's it. No nice day, no adoption, nothing. By service we understand something different than simply being present. 1 star food There is a dark brown leather cover card with transparent sleeves. The card has been very often used on them. On the front there is the local logo. Here there are many fish dishes that are partly praised on tables. She's not so overloaded with the grill plates. On the first page there are recommendations from the house. The map can also be viewed on HP. We had two dark wheat for 3,60 € each, Gyros Metaxa – Gyros with Metaxasoße baked baby potatoes and salad for 14,90 € and duet with Calamaris and Scampi, with vegetables for 19,20 €. The salad was marinated throughout and there was plenty of dressing. However, it was very vinegar. It tasted very acidic that you couldn't taste much more. The Gyros in Metaxasoße was covered with a very thick layer of cheese. He's been a pretty mess, think Emmentaler. For us clearly too much, it tasted in part only for cheese. The Gyros was beautifully decorated and also well grilled. However, we felt the sauce not as a metaxas sauce but rather a spicy vegetable sauce. We found mushrooms and onions inside. It was superb, however, of creaminess and Metaxa we couldn't find anything. Tastefully it was good, but has nothing to do with Metaxa and we would like to have a little less cheese. The baby potatoes were cooked from a variety with very good taste and to the point. Super seasoned and with herbs. Here's Spotzl and I'm re-divided. He doesn't find it bad if potatoes aren't peeled, I don't like it. If they are too lazy to peel, they should leave the potatoes. Tastefully however 1 a. The Calamari were very tasty, on the point cooked with a very tasteful kind of glaze over it. The tentacles with which they were also very tasty. The scampi cut in the middle, peeled and marvelously roasted with the scarf. These were also deliciously seasoned. Among them there was a herbal sauce that was very tasty. A subtle acid was present and that was so delicious. We were very happy with the fish plate. In vegetables, there were yellow pupils, Zuchini, Champignons, the already mentioned potatoes and we suspect pumpkin – or were there sweet potatoes? We can't say it exactly. Here again wonderfully decorated and spiced. The vegetables were all cooked to the point and we would order again and again. Fish and vegetables all class. Gyros was also delicious, but for us has not to do with what it was written. Four stars. It's a little tight here. There's a window front with two table rows. At the window slightly larger and smaller at the separation. The separation is provided with some plants. In contrast to the separation, there are still small tables and there is also a side room here. Opposite there is the counter and a large round table with corner bench. It is here a lot dressed with dark wood, shelves colored illuminated and the seat covers are made of bright material. On the table there was a white bar candle, which was not lit, a salt shaker and there were white fabric napkins on which the cutlery lay. In summer there is also a larger beer garden which is grown with trees. Because of Corona no stars, what can you do, what are the rules? Cleanliness Here everything was clean. On the toilets the usual dust traces, otherwise everything clean. 4.5 stars"

"On the last evening of our short visit in Munich we had already sulted the day program and drove a little unplanned through Munich with our tourist ticket. At the lively Rotkreuzplatz we wanted to change to the subway when this classic beer garden restaurant came to us. Despite the early hour (about 6:00 p.m. the guest rooms were already well visited, which is a good sign in my eyes. And as we were already clearly hungry, we went through the beer garden that was naturally empty at the cold and entered the restaurant. Operation The operators – by the way all in Bavarian costume – were probably quite busy and initially took no note of us. We then looked for a table in a side room and took place, no minute later we got the menus. The service is Bavarian-derb and cordial as it belongs to a beer garden restaurant, but usually attentive and fast. The map offers typical Bavarian specialties as well as the unavoidable Wiener Schnitzel, with a considerable selection of fish dishes. In addition, a leaflet with daily dishes at pleasant prices, for this the beers of a Munich brewery are not necessarily to be called a bargain. The map is completely visible on the restaurant's homepage, with the prices indicated there still approx. 1,00 € are lower than those actually required in the restaurant: [here link] Madame’s first asked beer roast with dumplings was unfortunately out, so she ordered “Münchner Sauerbraten mit Semmelknödel” (€10.50), with a mineral water (€0.5l for €2.50 . I irritated the “Bauernschmaus, Schweinbraten, Ripperl, Schweinswürst`l and Leberknödel on Sauerkraut and Röz The drinks were served very quickly, the food was only allowed to wait a little longer. Both plates were well filled, Madame had two discs of a considerable size and a not less significant semmelknödel. On my plate, the pieces of meat and the sausage were on a bed of white and sauce. Both foods were very tasty and plentiful, Madame had as often no chance against the crowd and so I could also taste the sour roast. Ambiance The location directly in the traffic noise of the heavily driven Rotkreuzplatz would scarcely tempt me to stay in the beer garden of the restaurant even at more pleasant temperatures, the noise level remained within unbearable limits despite carnival time. The interior is original, with lots of Bavarian nippes distributed everywhere, among others two deer heads on the walls. In addition, during our visit the carnival set with blue garlands wrapped over almost all other decorative items came. The furniture is simple but tidy and cozy, the tables without tablecloths, cutlery and napkins as usual in beer jars on the tables. Cleanliness The guest rooms were in perfect condition despite the numerous guests. The men's toilet was pieksauber and technically up-to-date with touchless fittings and a turbo dryer of a well-known American vacuum cleaner manufacturer. The ladies' room was also clean, but technically not so high equipped. The result is from small weaknesses in the atmosphere (even the building itself is not attractive from the outside this restaurant is certainly highly recommended. This opinion is obviously also shared by numerous regular guests from the area. Book for a visit with more than two people!"

"I was there with a friend of mine on Friday night, on the for some drinks. We had a great time. A very friendly short lady with dark hair asked us whether we wanted to sit at the bar or at a table. Great...customer service. The barkeepe, who served our drinks was nice to us aswell. However, when we decided to pay and leave the restaurant at o'clock at night, a short lady called Sarah, who was behind the bar, started shouting at us that the tip that we left was too less and she commented very lout that we are poor people, who cannot spend more money. When she asked for more money and when I answered that I woule not leave any mire tip, she spit on the floor. The DJ, who was playing great music on that evening, told me Sarah wasn't actually working there. Why was she standing behind the bar casheering our money together with the barkeeper then? The very nice lady, who welcomed us as we came in, asked what had happened, because she saw us leaving very angry leaving City Lounge. After listenning to us, she apologied for the situation. Because of the sincerity of the short black haired lady, we would come back again in the future but we wouldn't like to hear any more comments about how much tip we leave or not. For whatever reason you visit City Lounge Munich, please enjoy your time there you will not regret it, but be aware of random people who casheer your money but who don't actually work there."

"On Friday 28 July 2017 I visited this Biergarten together with my wife. We ordered the Wiener Schnitzel, the Spätzle, a 0.5 Hefenweissen (very good) and, since my wife doesn’t drink beer, a 0.2 glass of the red house wine (€ 6,–).When the drinks came we noticed that there was some foam on the wine. It had a very strange smell – not like wine at all – and a very watery taste. When the food came (almost immediately after the drinks, no way this could have been cooked fresh!) we made a friendly remark about the fact that we thought the wine was unacceptable. We were then told in an unfriendly manner that we had ordered house wine and should have no expectations whatsoever. The wine was then taken away. Our mood was not very good after that experience, but we nevertheless tried to enjoy our food. When the bill came, the wine was still on it. Since we had not been drinking it, we told the waiter that we thought it was unfair to charge us these 6 euros. The waiter explained to us again – now aggressively – that we had ordered house wine, that it came from a barrel (hence the foam) and that the fact that we ordered something that we didn’t like was no reason not to pay for it. After some discussion she took the 6 euros of the bill, blaming us for the fact that she would now have to pay these 6 euros herself. I must say I find this behavior completely unacceptable and the arguments absurd.First of all, it is my opinion that a house wine should be decent. It doesn’t have to be of high quality, but drinkable at least. In fact, I think it is a matter of style to serve a decent house wine, and a good restaurant can be recognized by doing so.Second of all, if a customer makes a complaint about something he ordered, he should be taken seriously and treated with respect. The way we were treated in this restaurant was completely unacceptable and typical for a tourist trap. Needless to say that we are highly disappointed."

"Dinner was scheduled at the hotel tonight. When we arrived there in the evening, it was not open on holiday. So Plan B, who wasn't available yet. As much as we are, at lunch we read a display with wood stove pizza next to the old host, that would be something. To go to the subway and stop Thalkirchen/ Tierpark. The few steps to the church are overcome, because there is a café in the animal park. The entrance and the toilets are flattering whether they have parking spaces on site, we cannot say, but you can use the roadside to turn off the companion when this is available. Service There was no greeting at the entrance, the Lord looked into the air behind the counter and we remained unnoticed. So we were looking for a table, a reserved sign wasn't on it, it'll fit. After some time a lady came to the table, which was recognizable as a service of a black diocese pink. She said hi, please, and was gone again. We sat with closed cards at the table when the lady at the side table asked us kindly whether she was allowed to borrow a card because she had nothing to get. After 15 minutes she came back and said so, please. We gave up the order and the lady at the side table noticed that she wants to order a drink. The drinks came fast while the lady had two guests who didn't receive cards. The soup came quickly with such a tomato soup, please nice. That seems to be her favorite word. The bowls also reached the table and there was still the indication that I will bring cutlery right away. In this course she took the soup plate before we sat 15 minutes before he was empty. The pizza reached the table wordless and the announced cutlery had it too. Spotzl asked about chili and knöblauchöl. At that time, we couldn't tell if she had heard us so fast that she was gone. But after some time, she flew two bottles to the table. The plates were empty, but the glasses were no one to see. After almost twenty minutes, they blurred, took the plates and so in the clean room there was a smuggling. So was noticeable now, but the several hallo calls were ignored. The pizza baker always looked at us and licked with the armpits. When she cleaned up the side table, we could order a Manowar dessert. There was a discussion with her in a not very friendly, snippy sound of her. We have asked what they have for schnapps and with which they should bring the bill immediately, as we have always been sitting here before empty glasses. Then they came from her, then they have to say something. We tried, but we didn't work. Then she cried to us when someone called Hello, I always come. But didn't work as we told her. She said they're not the only guests here. We then told her that they needed more staff and their answer was not one of them, and when we call hello, she's coming. We wanted to give her some tips on what to expect from the service, but she was always pampering and almost insulting for us. Now she was gone and we hadn't ordered any alcohol. At the side table they also tried to order drinks, which was not successful. After a short time she put two schnapps on the table and said that they did not bend and class so much. There were two Grappa, we actually wanted to order two Averna. When looking at the Bons, we realized that the two Babs were not on the bill. By the way, the side table was still sitting on the dry one. We're used to the fact that there's no service, but we didn't know what to do. 0.5 star food There is a brown leather cover card with clear cover inside. These are a little worn out. There are typical dishes such as pizza, pasta, salad, meat and fish. The dishes of the weekly card are on a handwritten note. In front of the house there was another exhibit with the touch of fresh bowls. We had a dark wheat for 3,20 €, a Merlot for 3,90 €, tomato soup for 3,50 €, Pizza Diavolo for 8,90 € and mussels in white wine sauce for 10,50 € The tomato soup had been delivered nicely hot. We'd like bread. She tasted tomatoes, but it was. Aprons, herbal flavor, salt, pinch sugar, some pepper, we missed everything. She tasted kind of empty. It wasn't our case. The pizza made a better impression. A very nice thin floor with a wonderful crispy edge. The tomato sauce had a beautiful spicy tomato flavor and was refined with herbs or dried over the pizza. The cheese was tastefully good and also nicely broken. Salami a little very fat and a little spicy from taste. The Diavolo was completely missing, but it wasn't just sharp. Otherwise the pizza could. Many of them were picked up. With the service you can understand that you prefer to eat it at home. The garlic and chili oil did not look so inviting. Although some oil came out of the small opening, the tasteful material remained in the bottle. Garlic taste was not very present and Chili Schärfe came through only discreetly. The bowls were served in a deep plate, in which some brewery in the underground. Here you came bad and the upper shells cooled very quickly. A bowl of more beer in it would be more sensible here. Tastefully they were perfect, not sandy and super boiled. The brew had a beautiful white wine note, had been refined with onions and fresh parsley, and from the taste it also matched a little too little for us. We might have a garlic in it. There was a bowl for the bowls with us a refreshment cloth. The three slices of Baguettbrot were of the simple variety and roasted. If I have such a great pizza oven, I'll make delicious rolls. It should have been a little more. However, it was worshipped on the bottom with very dark red staroms. It wasn't bad now, but it wasn't that we had to leave. 3 star ambience When you come in, there is only the gift and the pizza oven area. On the left side there are seating and right hand at the shop window also some tables. We were here. There are red benches, black chairs in leather look and the walls are decorated in stone. The tables are covered with white fabric tablecloths and brown middle blankets. There is a white rod candle, vinegar and oil, salt and sugar shaker and a pepper mill. The cutlery plate is placed on a plate with a red napkin at the table. The pizza baker can be watched by a glass pane that we baked a pizza after another, which is on zack, but somehow has not understood us. The area is illuminated with very bright blue light. It looks all down, the pane has a jump and the stickers are bleached out. In the area where we sat, we didn't really like it, we saw the others too little to make a judgment. 2 star cleanliness There were some things to complain in the local area, especially if you have time, you will find something new. In the toilets the usual dust traces. 2.5 stars"
