"We had reserved for 7 adults and a child baby this afternoon. When we arrived at the Dali at 6.30 p.m., it was well visited, but not excessively full.We were led to our table, which was not yet prepared. The waiter was apparently somewhat overwhelmed and we had to put together the tables themselves. Our order of drinks and foods we gave up at 18.45.There were three appetizers, one serving of pommes for our two-year-old daughter and seven main foods. When our daughter became more impatient after one and a half hours and were not even served the appetizers, we asked how long it was. It was asked in the kitchen, but we were only prepared with the statement that there would have been many guests unregistered. We were able to observe during our waiting period, however, that all guests, whether with reservation or without, were accepted and even out-house orders were made! The appetizers among others 6 small Onion rings for 5,50 €?! and the portion of Pommes came then, but the main dishes were allowed to wait for another 30 minutes. The waiter came back when he noticed his mistake and gave the two salads to the neighboring table. After over two hours we finally had all our main dishes, but there were two dishes desalinated and not edible. When we pointed out to the waiter, he took a court and offered a new one when returning, but we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for request. Since our daughter was asleep in the meantime, we refused. We demanded the bill and only now drinks were offered to the house. Due to the sleeping child on my arm, however, we also declined this offer. The climax of the evening was then that the inedible, almost undeaded dishes should be fully paid. The waiter was involved in further excuses. He would have no power to decide, there would be a lack of personnel and the cook would have been in the kitchen for almost 12 hours §3 ArbZG?! This also applies in the gastronomy! After further protests on our part, two drinks were issued. Obviously, it was not only us that way, because the two neighboring tables complained about the absurdly long waiting times."
