"Despite having a reservation it took us half an hour until we could place our orders and 1:30 until the first salad arrived. Some would've even liked to get dessert but by the time we were finished with the main course it was just too late. Considering that we also paid ~30% more than the night before for similar quality this just doesn't seem good value for money. I should add, the issue didn't seem to be the (visible) staff, the waiters were very busy running back and forth bringing food to the tables (i.e. not aimlessly chaotically running. There was just too much work for them, and the kitchen also couldn't handle a full house). PS: The optional questions ask me about face masks … similar to elsewhere in Europe to my experience … almost all staff members have a mask, if you want to know if they are constantly having them over mouth and nose, then: no they don't fulfil that requirement …"
