"HORRIBLE service. I really hate giving 1 star reviews. This restaurant had mediocre food which would have probably resulted in 3 stars. However, the service was SO SLOW...we waited forever to get the waiter's attention (no host to greet us), then it took forever to place an order. The wait continued as we twiddled our thumbs longing for dinner, meanwhile the kids were getting quite restless. Eventually the food arrived, and as I said it was mediocre. THEN the REAL WAIT began as we tried to get our bill and pay. This process took 45 minutes no kidding. At some point during this time the rest of my family left to wait in the car. My credit card sat on top of my check on the table for at least 15 minutes, the waiter passed by our table at least six times, clearly ignoring me and my credit card. I've come to expect lousy wait service in Austria and Germany, rude wait staff, rude cashiers, and rude drivers. It's a shame, because the country is so beautiful."
