The beef Carbonnade is simply terrific here, and since it is part of a reasonably-priced three course menu you cannot lose. You...do however need to drive (or accompany someone who can drive) to get to the restaurant as it is located in the middle of a field off a minor road, but it is worth the trek. I went with a large group of friends reuniting in Lille, and we all had a great evening and particularly enjoyed all of the wooden parlour games on offer to savour while waiting for your food."
