"we were in the hotel next door. after a day of sightseeing it was very convenient to go to dinner only. we found the eating comfort and satisfying and the service very warm, especially the nice lady with the short gray hair, the very good looking young man who served us our second evening meal, and the happy young lady who always gave us our taste with dessert. sometimes the grilled plates came unsalted, but we were not sure whether that was conscious or not; we added salt ourselves. the marinated porridges and the half-red hulls were particularly pleasant, as the grilled fruits on the baked. the steak was a little hard and the salmon part small. the hamburgers were excellent and the frits crisp and salted."
