"many restaurants have been closed in the fairy for holidays in Noyers-sur-Surein, but we found this pure jewel of a restaurant. the atmosphere is relaxed. the owner/competitioner is welcoming but not in vain. he leads the restaurant like a clockwork. he also made an excellent recommendation for wine...and food games when he put cointreau on ice with the Clementine-based dessert. he was on the spot! the highlight of the meal was the main course of blanquette de veau, a court that I have loved since 1970 in France. that was the best blush I ever tasted! the meat was portions of calf meat including the juice, the sauce was full of taste, the rice tasty and the sweet exactly right. I loved it!"
