"How often do you enter a restaurant and the only veggie option is a salad or fried mixed vegetables with something or risotto? Not that I don't like such things at all but if I go in a restaurant, I would like to eat something that makes me go "that's cool and tasty". Well here the chef really made up his mind!As a starter I had a smoked goat cheese (they smoked it obviously themselves) with a really tasty small salad with some lingonberry. The main course was stuffed cabbage (vegan) with mushrooms. My meat eating companion had some local fish and some local chicken. He was happy as well. Great stuff, all regional, not cheap. I'll come back!"
