"looking for a hotel in ansbach and I discovered this jewel. the restaurant has been here for a long time, but the hotel has just been opened. from the gracious beauty of the owners to my fabulous room up to the delicious dressed in the restaurant, my stay was fantastic. my room was spacious, comfortable and very European, which I grew to love during my traveling in the last few years. very quiet and relaxing. the hotel is even energy-conscious, which is good for the environment. the restaurant dishes are delicious. the gentleman of the owner couple is made of rossano italien, so that eating is certainly authentic. and the dame is the most delightful host I have experienced for a long time. When I met her, I knew my stay was great. the only part is the limited parking space. maybe they can sometimes find themselves in the neighbourhood to park, but overall my stay was great and I would return to the hotel rossano if I ever returned near ansbach."
