"A quite wonderful meal in a fantastic setting. A privilege to experience Hywel 's entry to the Great British Menu on our latest visit, and pleased to say that every course was as delicious (if not more so) as we had anticipated. With a few words from Chef himself before each course to explain it 's inspiration, and a few anecdotes thrown in for good measure, it was, as always, both a privilege and immense pleasure to dine at Beach House."

"I stopped off here with a friend as we were travelling back from Rhossili to Swansea. From the outside this place looked stunning and the inside matched as well. It was clear that this is an upmarket establishment. We sat at the table and browsed the menu, not cheap if your on a budget. We had to order at the bar as the staff do not take the order at the table which was surprising considering how upmarket the place appeared to be. It was a weekday when we came and it was pretty quiet with only a few customers dotted about. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was well presented but was not as hot as was expected. It was warm but not piping hot. The food was very tasty but costly for what it was! Most of the staff were stood behind the bar chatting. However, there was one member of staff that was lovely. This member of staff welcomed us, checked in with us and said goodbye when we left. Her colleagues could learn from her and need to take a lead out of her book. I’d not come here again for food as I was really looking forwards to it but the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service over all."
