"we were with several friends in the evening at 19.30 a.m. on a Thursday in the new trendy meeting of the paderborner Burger friends. without reservation is nothing at present. is one in the happy position to get a table, unfortunately one has to yell at the rest of the evening, so loud it is in the local. may it be overfilled and/or at the very student publikumen? who knows.The service is also apparently exclusively equipped with students who duze on it all: IKEA shopping feeling therefore included. we are advised by kellner kilian friendly (!) and quickly served. a drink is served differently than ordered, but nobody points to it. only on demand is explained that the ordered drink is out. cola light is out sometime. kilian's statement: "It seems that our guests like to drink cola light". three of our friends (included by myself) ordered salate, which sounded very promising on the map. my austeritarian was actually nothing but a huge bowl full of iceberg salad. On top of two slices of parmaschinken, a (!) small cocktailtomate and three or four completely boiled, in itself crumbled, green sparing sticks. two Grissini-like broth bars and the whole cost proud 12.30 euro. as kilian asks whether everything is in order and tastes us, I report from my disappointment about the salat (as well as my friends, who should eat an equally great mountain rocket salad. Horse stable ambience was wide). kilian answers me that he is sorry, but my criticism is inappropriate. that's like I'm complaining about the burger at mcdonalds. they are a franchise chain (I know, dear kilian) and therefore I would have to write an annoying mail to the happy hans. Uh... well, what do you ask for our satisfaction? friends let the pommes frites and sweet potato frits stand in rows because they were either not crooked enough or too chess. really satisfied with his eating was no one in our rows. as kilian learns that we want to pay separately, he does his unmistakably sound about it. I'll tell him that it's getting more lucrative for him in terms of drinking money, but that doesn't spoil him. overall the waiter crawls too much around and makes it poor at good service. it's nothing but a Burger building. "Ich habe bisher 4 mal hier bestellt und die Pizza war jedes mal warm und frisch als sie ankam. Eine der besten Pizzerien in Paderborn. Nicht nur, dass die Pizza lecker schmeckt, noch dazu sind die Preise durchaus Fair und der Mindestbestellwert beim liefern ist gering. Ich empfehle jedem, telefonisch zu bestellen und nicht über Lieferando, um die Pizzeria zu unterstützen. Denn bei so fairen preisen und so geringem Mindestbestellwert !ohne Lieferkosten! bleibt nach abzug der Lieferando provision wahrscheinlich nicht mehr viel Gewinn übrig, was natürlich schade ist, vor allem wenn die Pizzeria wirklich tolle arbeitet leistet. Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett! Einfache, günstige und leckere Pizza ohne viel drumherum. Klare Empfehlung!"

"We wanted to have dinner at Sakura last Sunday. We called in advance to see if we could take our dog into the restaurant. This was confirmed by the employee on the phone. So we drove from Soest to Paderborn. In Paderborn we paid 5 euros for parking at Liboriberg. We then walked through Paderborn so that our dog could get some exercise. When I arrived at the Sakura restaurant, I entered and waited in the entrance area until an employee noticed me and asked what I would like. I said We would like a table for 2 people . The employee immediately said, “Ok, just a moment.” Before I followed the employee, I told him My wife is still outside with our dog. I just have to let her know. The employee then looked at me very surprised and suddenly asked “Have you made a reservation?” He said no and told him that we had called to ask if we could bring our dog to the restaurant. The employee then told me that there was no table left........ . This really surprised me, as until our dog was mentioned there was apparently a table that was free ... The group of 6 people behind me also had NOT made a reservation and it wasn 't a problem,......well, the group didn 't have a dog with them either......why can 't you tell them directly on the phone that guests with dogs are not welcome??????? We drove 100 kilometers there and back and didn 't have to pay the parking fees for anything... It 's sad that guests are treated like that. Conclusion for dog owners, give the Restaurant Sakura a wide berth.... As an addition to your answer: I was approached and received by an EMPLOYEE in the entrance area of your restaurant and yes, I am aware of the difference between EMPLOYEE and EMPLOYEE, even in our current times. Wer so Kunden veräppelt darf sich nicht wundern wenn der Umsatz sinkt. Der Winter naht. Nur so zur Erinnerung. Wir bestellen nie wieder. !!! There is no lack of quality. It's right and fits. So far. Italian porridge, bavarian broth, sensational and freshly prepared omelettes, pizza pieces, lachs, pasta, cheese and sausage, full english breakfast with beans, sausages, ham and baked tomatoes, eggs in all variations, vegetables, cooked or fresh and crisp, mozarella basilikum, finger-food there are even negligence - ach nee, the dinger can't be called at all......Unbelievable this all for a price of 10,95 per person! however, only a drink is included (orange juice); all others must be ordered and paid separately, which does not bother us. cappuccino tasty, american coffee tasty, espresso tasty, for this we are happy to pay extra! "Ich hatte am Samstag, den 23.09.23, leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit dem Kö13. Vorab sei auch gesagt, dass ich mit Familie und Freunde schon oft dort essen und sonst mit der Leistung zufrieden gewesen bin. Auf meine Reklamation wurde gestern zu meiner Enttäuschung sehr unprofessionell reagiert. Mein Essen schmeckte sauer, was meine Begleitung nach Probieren ebenfalls bestätigte. Als ich dies erwähnte, würde vermerkt, dass man sich das nicht vorstellen könne. Von Anfang an wurde ich also nicht ernst genommen. Der Kellner hielt Rücksprache mit der Küche und teilte mir mit, dass das Gericht frisch und einwandfrei sei. Mir war der Appetit vergangen und ich wollte nichts mehr essen. Das Essen hatten sowohl ich als auch meine Begleitung kaum angerührt. Jeder hatte nur einen Löffel probiert. Als es um die Begleichung der Rechnung ging, dann der Schock: Das Gericht wurde voll berechnet obwohl es kaum angerührt wurde. Ich fragte also nach wieso das Gericht nicht storniert wurde. Der Kellner teilte mir mit, dass meine Reklamation ungerechtfertigt sei. Auf meine Bitte den Koch zu sprechen, der ihm wie er sagte die Anweisung gegeben hatte, das Gericht nicht zu stornieren, wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich solle eine Email schreiben. Ich erwähnte, dass ich selbst aus der Gastronomie käme, was der Kellner zum Anlass nahm zu vermerken, dass ich die Reaktion dann doch verstehen müsste. Dies verneinte ich weil ich eben an seiner Stelle das Gericht nicht berechnet hätte. Zwei Leute hatten angemerkt es würde nicht schlecht sondern verdorben schmecken. Man muss auch dazu sagen, dass der Teller nicht vom Tisch mitgenommen wurde als der Kellner Rücksprache mit der Küche hielt und das Gericht probiert hätte. Heißt man hat das mir vorgesetzte Essen nicht probiert. Ich verwies ebenfalls drauf, dass wir bisher gute Gäste gewesen sind und dass man sonst gerne gekommen ist. Der Kellner meinte daraufhin, dass man dann mal ein schlechtes Essen verkraften könne. Und das war dann der Punkt an dem ich mit meiner Geduld am Ende war. Erst wurde man nicht ernst genommen. Dann darf man eine Leistung, welche man gar nicht in Anspruch genommen hat voll bezahlen und dafür soll ich auch noch Verständnis haben. Für mich wäre der Fall ganz einfach vom Tisch gewesen wenn man das Gericht für 8,50€ rausgenommen hätte. Wir wären auch zukünftig wieder gekommen, wenn die Situation anders abgelaufen wäre. So haben wir nun für uns entschieden, dass wir das Kö13 nicht mehr aufsuchen werden. Ich gebe trotzdem 2 Sterne, weil die Besuche davor zufriedenstellend gewesen sind wenn auch nicht perfekt. Teilweise war das Personal überfordert/ überlastet und man wartete lange bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Ein anderes Mal wurden wir unter der Woche weg geschickt weil die Küche um 19:15 Uhr nicht mehr geöffnet sei. Das haben wir alles in Kauf genommen weil das Essen sonst immer in Ordnung gewesen ist. Es ist kein Sterne Restaurant, man erwartet keine Höhenflüge, aber das Essen hat geschmeckt und war auch nicht verdorben. Ich sehe diese Bewertung als Anregung für das Kö13, an dem Umgang mit Beschwerden zu arbeiten. Zu der E-Mail, die ich schreiben sollte: Das habe ich getan. Diese wurde nie beantwortet. Daraus kann man ebenfalls seine Schlüsse ziehen. Edit: Wie man an der Reaktion des Kö13 sehen kann ist man scheinbar nicht kritikfähig. Das haben leider auch schon einige andere Rezensenten bemängelt. Schade, denn es müsste wirklich am Service und Umgang gearbeitet werden. Die Art und Weise wie auf meine Bewertung reagiert wurde, empfinde ich als unprofessionell. Ich habe mir nichts vorzuwerfen und den Fall wie abgespielt beschrieben. Es ist mir auch unerklärlich wieso man die Kunden anweist eine Mail zu schreiben wenn man diese dann sowieso nicht beantwortet. Mit meiner Meinung war ich an dem Abend nicht allein und wenn man sich die Kritiken ansieht scheinen solche Erfahrungen kein Einzelfall zu sein."

Auf der Bar lag ein Handy obwohl dort sauber gemacht wurde, wurde das Handy einfach dort liegen gelassen bis ich es hinterher gebracht hab und mitgeteilt habe das es bestimmt jemand vergessen hat. Das Handy wurde einfach weiter offen dort liegen gelassen für jeden Gast zugänglich, finde ich persönlich ein wenig verantwortungslos."
