"Very close to our hotel and the Metro line.Sweet and Sour Pork, the meat was good quality and it came with pineapple, perfect.Crispy Chilli Beef, not like back in the UK where is is battered and deep fried but the quality of the meet was very good and it was served mixed up with a few noodles. It was very tasty and possibly a healthy dish :)We had another chicken dish that was also very delicious and rich in flavor, Bao Chicken i think!for 50 quid we got 3 dishes, 2 rice and a 1l bottle of water. Not bad :)Very friendly staff.Would go again."

"Reserved a table through The Fork, and were told it was 20% off the A La Carte Menu however this was if you had a starter, main and dessert. We opted just to have mains, as these came with rice. We had beef and chicken and these could be cooked in the grill at the table - a very unique experience. The meat was flavoursome and had been marinated well. They spoke no English so it was difficult to communicate, however they were more than happy to let us use Google to translate, and the service was still efficient and courteous. A very different eating experience that is worth trying!"

"Resto atypique puisqu'on n'y sert que de la nourriture de "diner" américain et que dès l'entrée, on a l'impression d'entrer dans le resto de Happy Days avec Fonzie et Richie ! L'ambiance sonore nous propulse également dans l'amérique des années 60.Nous avons pris une entrecôte, un cheeseburger et un bacon burger.La carte est estampillée "frais" et "maison", et c'est vrai que les frites qui accompagnent les plats sont maison et bien croustillantes. Les plats arrivent également avec un assortiment de sauces maison. Les burgers sont gros, bien garnis et savoureux (légumes, sauce, viande à la cuisson demandée).Nous avons partagé un banana split en dessert, énorme (trois boules de glace, du chocolat fondu et de la chantilly maison fraîche et réussie).Je crois que nous avons eu affaire au patron et à un serveur, très aimables et souriants, aux petits soins.Burger entre 11 et 13 euros, bière "Brooklyn" importée, jus de fruits frais pressés et coca aux alentours de 4-5 euros et dessert à 7 euros = moins de 60 euros à trois, un tarif raisonnable compte tenu de la qualité et du service.Etablissement très propre, s'il n'y avait qu'une chose à améliorer, ce serait un bon nettoyage des flacons de ketchup et autres sur la table, collants et pas très ragoûtants en main.J'y retournerai très certainement."

"When i was debating where to make reservations for Saturday night,i came a cross à menu of the Indian swad restaurant and what really catched my eyes was a Nepalese food and dishes that i havent try before.We went there and really loved the food ,the service ,we set outside it was a nice summer evening the crowd was very nice too.Every think was fresh ,the Nan ( traditional bread ) ,the meat was nice and tender,fresh crispy vegetables with yogurt were refreshing side dish for the starters.We ordered a two Népalais dishes that i originally came for ,its called Nepali Thali was amazing!!!!!!The owner in from Nepal and one of the shef is from Nepal as well and the other shef is Indian .The portions were just about right and you really could test the quality ( no MsG next morning lol)The place it's casual,great for dinner with friends ,family or couples .Enjoy"

"It's a nice little restaurant. We had to go there twice because the first time we went there around 3:00, it was closed. I couldn't figure out what time they closed in the afternoon. I found that several restaurants open in the morning, close after lunch and reopen around 6pm. they offer a wide range of pancakes and waffles with the same fillings. I had a waffle with apple compost, caramel and whipped cream. My daughter took a waffle with ice and caramel. If you're looking for traditional rusty eggs, keep looking. I had to show the waitress "scratch eggs" in French on my phone because unfortunately, I don't speak the language. The eggs came out in squares like a pancake. The food was quite tasty and I'd go back there without hesitation."

"On a commandé sur Deliveroo pour manger à la maison, nous n'avons donc pas vu le restaurant.Même si les frites étaient un peu molles ou pas assez cuites (c'est peut-être dû à la vapeur et au transport dans une boite en carton), les hamburgers étaient vraiment parfaits.Tout dedans m'a plu, que ce soit le pain, les cornichons, le poulet qui est un vrai morceau de poulet pané main maison, la sauce, vraiment très très bon.Il est bien proportionné en taille.Il est peut-être un peu cher pour un burger tout seul (par rapport à un mcdo) mais au niveau qualité on s'y retrouve vraiment. C'est sans regret.Si je peux, j'y remangerai un jour."

"We had dinner here with 2 adults and 2 children. Looked nice enough. We had pizza, steak and pasta. All were good to eat, but nothing special. It was very disorganized with people queuing up for take out pizza as well. The staff are truly kind. My only point of improvement is the cleanliness of the toilet. That was very poor. And I made the reservation via the TripAdvisor site and ever since I get spammed with text remainders every 4 hours, even though I ate there 5 days ago. I don't know who is to blame, but please stop Ik!"

"I ate here late on a Saturday evening, and my dining experience was OK, but not great. I was alone, sharing the restaurant with two large tables, one an adult family of six, another a happy and boisterous group of about a dozen students. The noise level in the restaurant was therefore quite high. But when the students left there was mainly the sound of the background music, which was appropriately Middle Eastern and soft. There was only one server (the owner?), so service was a bit on the slow side. But I was not in a hurry, so that was OK.The menus the restaurant offers are good deals, in principle. I had the € 24 menu, which included an arak (or kir, or another aperitif drink), small meze plate, main dish of grilled meat, coffee or mint tea, and a Lebanese desert. On the side, I ordered a small carafe (25 cl) of red Lebanese wine for € 6.The quality of the food was variable, in my view. Nothing really stood out. Moreover, the plates seemed to rely heavily on a salad made of shredded lettuce and carrot. The portions of humus and mtabbal (eggplant dip) were small.The grilled lamb was well-seasoned and tasty, but a bit under-cooked. On the other hand, it was accompanied by (among other accompaniments), grilled potato, which was a nice touch.There was a tense moment once I was asked about desert. My server asked whether I wanted coffee or tea, or one of the deserts. I had to point to the way the menu was printed, which seemed clearly to offer both coffee or tea AND a choice of deserts. He said, "No", but offered to make an exception in my case. I suggested they add the word "ou" (or) after the word "the" (tea) on their menu card."

"Repas en famille avec des amis. La déco est sur le thème des tontons flingueurs, ce qui ne gâche rien. Pas mal de clins d'œil au film dans la carte. J'ai pour ma part pris un tartare classique en porte flingue. Pas déçu du tout. Bien servi assaisonnement impeccable et accompagnements délicieux. Les steaks des menus enfants sont fait maison, enfin un resto qui ne se moque pas des enfants. Le service est décontracté et sympa. Peut être top décontracté pour un resto mais j ai apprécié le naturel de la serveuse et puis après tout ça colle bien avec le thème des tontons flingueurs!Une chose bizarre, le tiramisu du chef semble être une sorte de pana cotta aux fruits rouges...j'ai bien demandé si ce n'était pas une erreur et il semble que non...mais c'était bon quand même! Bref j'y retournerai pour goûter d'autres recettes de tartare et je le recommande!"

"This Saturday noon, we were 4 friends to come to lunch at the “eye clin”. a warm and friendly welcome from the owner. an original, pleasant and comfortable scenery with a soft jazzy music and photos of yesterday’s movie stars whose owner knows all the names and that he even co-located in a more or less recent past. We were able to taste cream pintade supremes with fresh spinach just cooked but not too much and a duck magret (supplely from the South West), rosé cooked: a delight! Finely cut, he melted in his mouth. it was accompanied by potatoes cut into small dice and cooked in duck fat with some small pieces of carrots. For dessert, the boss has offered us a fine homemade pie, with apples, fashionable (i.e. with a bourbon ice ball.) one of our friends has distinguished herself by choosing red berries melba and she has not regretted it. we had a pleasant Saint-Nicolas of red burgueil of very good invoice. A seamless service, quality cuisine and a very reasonable price. an address to be retained!"

"We approached this meal for our last night in Paris with great anticipation as it was recommended by friends. Reasonable priced prix fixe menu, with a starter, main course and dessert. The server insisted that we select our dessert when we ordered our starter and entrée. We were happy to have a long meal and were not in a particular hurry; enjoying the warm evening at an outside table. The meal started off well with a delicious marinated smoked salmon starter and went downhill fast from there. Two couples who sat after we finished our starter were served their starter and entrée before we received our entrée. The steak was overcooked and dry, only saved by the separate pitcher of peppercorn sauce. The so called pork “filet mignon” was a tenderloin served with couscous and sun dried tomatoes which overwhelmed the dish. Still in no particular hurry, we waited patiently for our dessert while we watched the passersby. By this time, the two aforementioned couples were long gone and we still had not received our dessert. No server came by and communicated with us, and after nearly 30 minutes had passed, we were left with no choice but to inquire about the status of our final course. The server indicated that the delay was because of the type of entrée we had ordered and the type of dessert we had requested (rhubarb tart and chocolate ice cream) and indicated he would check on it. Turns out the kitchen had forgotten to make our dessert. We got the bill and were charged for the dessert that never came. We won’t be back."

"I stayed at the Avir Saphir Montparnasse Hotel right near the Pasteur Metro and this is literally right next door with only a grocery store separating. From the outside, it looks like any other restaurant but once you enter in, the decor sets you right back to India and the food aroma mesmerising! Was here for a conference but sneaked away from lunch on two days just to come here....and spent my last night in Paris here as well. It's always fully booked but somehow by luck, me and a friend got tables after a few minutes of waiting as patrons finished their food right on time. But highly recommended that you book in advance! The food...what can i say about the food...it's glorious. For lunch, i took their non-vegetarian lunch set and ordered the chicken and cheese naan...and halva that had was just right and not overly sweet as with many other places. And their food is served so that it remains warm while why you eat. Staff was very attentive when we needed some water and had a special container to place our jug of water I loved the fact that despite the fact that it was a full-house, we still got good service. Amazing experience that made me come back another day for dinner with a friend! Am back home now and just thinking about the lunch and dinner there made my mouth water....now, how many restaurants in your lifetime can make you do that??? Conveniently located right near the Pasteur metro, easy to find, safe friendly neighbourhood, friendly helpful staff, authentic delicious mouth-watering food, reasonable priced...i'm sure they have loyal patrons...I just became one. Definitely going to go there again on my next trip into Paris whenever that may be....I'm going to keep their name card safe!!"

"Our Viking hotel concierge recommended this small family owned restaurant only a few blocks from our hotel, Hotel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel, located a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. This restaurant is owned by a couple, he is the chef and she handles the dining room. It is very small and cozy, seats maybe 30 people. The menu was so reasonable, 34 euros for a 3 course meal with many other menu and wine options. The six of us had a very nice dinner with great French cooking and wine."

On passe devant sans le voir, l environnement n est pas propice à l arrêt (voie de chemin de fer Montparnasse et rue passagère à proximité) mais une fois à l intérieur, on s y sent comme chez soi. Le couple de propriétaires est adorable, discret et la cuisine impeccable. Le fait maison et la fraîcheur sont une évidence pour eux et ils n en font pourtant pas un argument commercial pour bobos. On adore y passer quand on a un creux ou envie de papoter."

"we were looking for an Italian restaurant near our hotel and we went to a restaurant that ended up not there anymore. it was raining and it was cold and we had the chance to find another very popular Italian restaurant nearby. we arrived just at the time they opened (thank you) and were immediately welcomed and seated. We ordered a pizza and one of their daily dishes. our food was delivered fairly quickly, even if we were told that the special of the day (with anellini pasta?) was still cooking and would be delayed. The food was absolutely extraordinary! everything was really fresh and had so much flavor despite the simple ingredients. It was the best food we had to bet! The restaurant is very small, but they take the reservations. service was excellent and people were friendly. our server spoke very well English and gave us good suggestions. prices are also very reasonable, especially for large portions!"

"the facade does not really attract the eye and the interior may seem cold (flavour question), but all this is clean. the proposed kitchen is traditional with a touch of modernity. well prepared with reasonable rations for a price that it is also.Beautiful map of red and white wines, but a lack of low-cost wine (possibility to be served in the glass.) on the other hand, a single rosé, good to stay. The service, though efficient, would deserve to be a little warmer."
