"Having arrived in Parma following a long journey, we went for a wander around in the City Centre to look for somewhere to have dinner. It was a lovely warm evening (Sept), and we got as far as Panino d’Artista and having spotted the amazing food on display (which we found out was the selection of appetisers), we decided to stop there! We were given a choice of a table inside the restaurant, or outside at the front, which we chose. We were served by a very friendly waiter and we selected a platter of Parma ham, with a plate of amazing Parmesan cheese served in large chunks with the most amazing chutney along with fried pasta “pillows” which were served warm and were the perfect accompaniment to the cheese and ham. In addition, when you buy a drink at the restaurant you can go inside the bar and help yourself to appetisers from an amazing selection and they were delicious! The following evening we repeated the visit and had another memorable meal!"
