I am sure that the recipes for the tuna taquitos (very rich, 100% recommended changed from tartare to toast, but no one stopped to tell us anything. With a few details, they could have a much higher profile (toasting the toast bread or giving it a little more texture, lovingly plating the tomato, a more elaborate cheesecake, etc. . A little more attention to the image of the restaurant could surely do a lot of good, since a bill of €26/person does not seem very consistent with a meal in plastic chairs in the backyard of a building (poorly concealed, with very little effort to make it more welcoming and with reggaeton playing to the fullest from inside the bar.
