"Das Essen war lecker und wurde schnell serviert. Der Service hingegen (man muss hinzufügen mein Besuch war einem gut besuchten Wochenendtag) war überforderet mit den vielen Gästen. Wir mussten 3 mal um die Rechnung bitten, bis wir zahlen konnten und ein Teil der Getränke wurde erst gar nicht geliefert."

"We used to like Chruz. It used to be a good honest place. But truth be said: it is rustic to the point that the service now is impolite in my view. A waitress put a dirty tray on my space while I was away to the loo. It was a really rough one with dirty dishes full of unfinished meals. When I came back I moved it on the side and she almost wanted to shout at me about it.... But she then noticed that it was wrong... and then took it away. Again as I said it used to be Swiss rustic no none-sense. They now pushed it over and it is plain rustic and rough. I don’t like it anymore. In fact the food is average, the flexibility is none and the service is just below par. I will pass from now on."
