"premise: I put 3 stars on trust, because the place is opened just over a month and the staff was very kind. Location: from a former warehouse/manufacture the outside is really squalid; I'm sure they will put hands to make it a little more presentable (otherwise it is winter and there was bad weather. Meanwhile, however, that blue wall and white writing at the entrance... It seems to get into the pool! As soon as you cross the threshold though, inside is another world, well furnished and illuminated, spacious and clean. MENU: we came Sunday to lunch (local desert with a coupon tippest. Mixed sliced appetizer, first (cappelletti or tagliatelle, ribbed with baked potatoes and dessert. I review by premitting that I am not a cook, but simply a man who cooks! Mixed sliced appetizer: taken in the most literal sense. Presented so it is really squalid. Just a little bit: a slice of good cheese, a finger food (choose you, a hamellatin... And I assure you it changes look! The piadina... industrial! No! If you can't do it at home, there are far better! The bread: the maid emphasizes that it is made in the house. I can bet. with the bread machine that leaves a characteristic aftertaste, as well as the shape. Also in this case or do it really in the house, or better opt for a good oven! The first ones, we tasted both cappelletti and tagliatelle to the ragù. Good! Both pasta and ragù. Pork ribs: having inserted it in a tippest menu that I imagine serves to make you known, I expected it was your battle horse. Costumes (of which the cut taken and put on the grid is also wrong. They are good for a grill of meat along with bacon, sausage and lonza. But as a unique dish no! Tip: First of all, choose the St. Louis cut, cook 120° in static oven for 4 and a half hours (covered with aluminum and the last 10 minutes roasted on the grill. Customers won't resist! Baked potato... serve with peel! No! The peel is left in the fried potatoes, cut very thin, where it does not feel in the mouth and makes them much more tasty. But the baked potatoes are made without peel (also because with the peel do not sprinkle. Sweet cheesecake with berries in jar: very good! I hope you read the reviews and make them treasure: in luck! P.S. The hot spotted coffee... : P.P.S. If you do not stop the gate at the beginning of the road, with the wind it closes and when customers come out in the rain, you must stop to reopen it! :"

"Fascinated by the idea of finding out what has Master Chef Vince (Vincenzo) Camerucci to find business in this not easy landscape location we drove to Savio di Ravenna a hamlet in the Emilia Romagna region Italy. Ravenna is known worldwide for its unique mosaic works and churches (8 on the World Heritage List). Once we got to CAMI, Camerucci's new restaurant we fell in love with. It immediately became obvious what motivated the Master to move here. CAMI is located in a farm, i.e. a working Italian farm that supplies most ingredients in the kitchen. The main building was completely restored and is a pleasure to see and feed. Modern, sophisticated and airy. On a beautiful day, the very spacious courtyard offers another attractive dining option. Do not let yourself be fooled by the casual landscape design, the kitchen is first-class food and carries all the brands of Master Cook Camerucci. Michelin Star quality food meets weekend retreat atmosphere. We were in a group of six and tried almost every dish on the menu, and each one was exquisite. Fresh ingredients, mostly boiled and beautifully presented. However, I must give a special mention of the quality and taste of the meat and the truly awarding desserts. From the latter we really tasted every single one and just loved them all. We all rated this special dinner very high and cannot wait to come back and recommend it to our friends. With CAMI Master Camerucci has created and Ravenna has its own mosaic. A mosaic that is a symphony of ingredients, flavors and unforgettable impressions of the Emilia Romagna landscape. A mosaic that should be on every food lover must visit list."
