"Came here for a snack lunch in between rain showers and sat on the covered terraced area.. Very pleasant staff offered us the menu, and returned when she saw we were ready to order. We ordered two Toast Hawaiis,( two slices of toast with ham, pineapple covered with melted cheese) and a coke and a glass of wine. The wine was such good quality that I decided to have another one, and my wife had a coffee. By the time we had finished the place was full with visitors, who all seemed to enjoyed their food. We asked for the bill and paid it by card, but the printer on the machine gave up. They retried printing the customer receipt, but it still didn't go. The lady owner came out to apologise for the hiccup and said they were waiting for a new machine. It turned out that the staff member who served us was her niece, who also apologised. This restaurant is situated on the main street opposite the railway line - it's great as we enjoy seeing the different types of wagons in the trains, and can't believe the the length of the trains, Over the railway you can see the different types of river cruise boats sailing up & down the Rhine. We forgot to say that the snack was accompanied by heavy showers and thunder & lightening for a short while."
