"I went there on Saturday night, with two friends who know this restaurant and its owner well. We opted for the menu at 36€, but the lamproie was no longer available because out of season. So I opted for parsillad eels (from fronsac:) tasteful and copyy. The foie gras in the entrance was also very good. In dessert, I chose pavlova with citrus fruit: very good choice (gluten-free desserts).At the end of the meal, a digestive was offered.Smiling and casual service. We took the time to exchange a few minutes with the boss, Mr. michel, and discussed the lamproie and wine of the castle VOISIN.Very good evening and very good dinner. I will come back, probably with friends and family, to taste the famous lamproie that the boss told us to have prepared 900kg this year."
