The cutter of homemade sausages remains unsurpassed, even more if accompanied with the homemade bread. Salame, cup and pancetta extraordinary and difficult to find also in other well-appointed premises. The tortelli prepared properly and as it used to be represent the strong dish of the restaurant and regardless of the fillings that are all excellent. The lasagna to asparagus, then, is unsurpassed but any description would not make you credit. Second I preferred the turkey roll with scamorza and speck I think it was really tasty and to try. The Bonarda della Casa is to be tasted. It could trouble many local labels. Sweets, even these homemade facts, are to be tasted, around, all. The menu includes many other specialties that come from gastronomic recipes of Olrepo pavese with Emilian inflections especially for the first dishes and for the fried dumpling really exceptional. Just try to realize you got the right place. Absolutely recommended."
