"The best place in the whole dock. Discovered by chance, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. I'll start by saying that the quality of the ingredients is really good. The dishes are cooked simply but really good and easily digestible. Upon arrival, a bag of homemade focacci is brought along with the drinks, really good and above all very welcome. "Found on Google Maps. I was on a business trip with colleagues. Let's try the sea area at affordable prices. Waw guys delicious food I felt at home. Excellent quality-price. If I'm not mistaken, the owners and waiters are all in the family. Very polite and fast. It's a shame that I only found it now but at least for 3 days in October and April I will go there every evening. Personally I ate excellent fish, even the fried one, too bad my colleague doesn't eat fish and had penne all'arrabiata. Second mixed cold cuts and cheeses, these are also excellent. "Locale bruttissimo con l'intonaco che si stacca dai muri. La cameriera senza mascherina. Tovaglia sporca, ogni volta che andavano via i clienti la cameriera puliva con la mano la tovaglia e metteva le posate sopra la tovaglia sporca. Nonostante si pagase1,50€ di coperto. Che tra l'altro viste le condizioni del locale non sarebbe da pagare nulla. Menù sporco. Quando arrivavano i clienti venivano tolti le posate da un'altro tavolo per apparecchiarne un'altro. La cameriera passava con i bicchieri e posate (pulite) in una scodella a dir poco impresentabile anzichè in un vassoio. Pizza, un po bruciata. Quando l'ho fatto presente alla signora della cassa, che tra l'altro è la signora chè prende le ordinazioni, (non la cameriera), non si è nemmeno scomodata di togliere come scusante il costo del coperto oppure offrire un caffè un limoncello. Assolutamente non professionale!!! Non ci andrò mai più, mi sono vergognato di essere Italiano visto che c'erano diversi turisti stranieri e tra l'altro alcuni Tedeschi al tavolo difronte a me che guardavano con sgomento la cameriera. Io vivo in Germania e sono andato altre volte nei scorsi anni, ma mai si e verificato tutto ciò. Assolutamente se tenete all'igiene e a un discreto locale accogliente, non è da visitare!!! Q"

"First time I go to this tavern in the port area of Savona, I can say that the location is nice although they could certainly take better care of it; what can I say, dinner went well, quality products even if certain courses lacked that push and presentation that would enhance them, like the fried fish with panissa, a little too dull. Small room inside, which fits but in my opinion too narrow, almost one attached to the other. the service is classic tavern service, a little inattentive but it can happen. I can only encourage them to try to make more of their proposals."

"Arrived from Varazze to Savona looking for a Neapolitan pizza. Given the reviews we expected...I 'm not saying Sorbillo, but at least the cornice. No nothing: flat pizza and above all tomato only (fortunately good), mine with buffalo mozzarella, n. 3 pieces the size of €1 coins, no fresh basil, the husband 's daisy was really red. And his was badly burned. So, disappointed expectations. Finally, we left hungry because the size of the pizzas is objectively small."

"At first, it's worth to mention that almost all entrances or access to beaches in Savona in the summer season are paid. I don't think, it's typical or well known fact. At least for me it was a surprise and not the pleasant one. there is only very small, about 20 meters long section called Public Beach with one small toilet cabin in it, but I wouldn't recommend it in any way, if you want to have a pleasant long stat at the beach. After knowing this fact, you have lot of paid option. The best and expedient as value for money, to my mind, is Bagni Olimpia. It costs 14 Euro to have a modern daybed and a parasol both can be adjusted to give you a perfect protection from the sun. You also get an absolutely private locker\dressing room where you can change your clothes and keep your personal stuff. You can even have a go on Kayak for free (we couldn't use this privilege since the sea was a bit stormy). The shower rooms and the toilet are clean and so is the beach itself. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You have also a restaurant right there, in case you feel hungry and don't want to leave the beach. Additional thing, I would like to mention, that the beach has two attractions for children and adults inside the sea: they have 10 meters away in the sea a kind of trampoline that you can bounce and jump from it to the sea and also some small surface that you can jump from it to the sea it's very nice. Funny thing is that a nearby beach has also such trampoline, just a few meters away in the sea. The one of Bagni Olimpia's was occupied by many people and that one was free, so I swam to it and tried to climb up, however the lifeguard of that beach whistled me hard and made me signs to get back to my territory (he probably spotted my wrist bracelet). So, whoever consider sneaking it's a hard thing to do. And the last thing that kind of not related to that specific beach but to the sea in Savona in general the sea itself (not the beaches) is not clean and it was the only thing that was really disappointing and that's why i am taking one star off."
