"It is the restaurant of the Sweet World hotel and the female management is evident. For dinner they really spoiled us with local delicacies: as soon as we arrived they welcomed us and accompanied us to the table where for a few times in my life I found a bag holder support (really useful). After taking a seat, they offered us a flute of Prosecco which they themselves chose as the hotel wine. Clean, well-kept and tables spaced between them put us in the right way for dinner. Simple mise en place but also here cured starting from the tablecloths to follow with glasses. Appetizer: razor clams bruschetta, as a first course the paccheri pasta with pistachio pesto from Bronte (excellent). Dessert with mixed fruit and ice cream with white melon. A magnificent dinner after a day of work helps the spirit. Write it down too and if you pass by Schiavon this restaurant is a must for a truly beautiful gastronomic experience!"
