"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a £5.50 soup and a coffee and waited 10 minutes, which made me lose my appetite. When I asked for a refund so I could leave, the woman checked with the kitchen and found out my order wasn’t ready. She started the refund process, but then changed her mind and began criticizing me in an unfriendly tone, claiming the soup was ready and I couldn’t have my money back. Meanwhile, I noticed the staff hurriedly putting the bowl in the microwave. I listened in disbelief and finally told her to keep it. As I was leaving, another server who wasn’t involved in the situation started repeating the same nonsense. Honestly, I got the impression the woman just didn’t like the way I looked. I wouldn’t recommend this place for bikers or anyone with a natural tan. Instead, try Dom's Bike Place."
