"Just let the soul dangle... with great food right by the lake. This evening, everything was just great, from attentive and friendly staff to the ambience to appetizer, main dish and dessert. When the weather plays, the sunset on the lake terrace is already a pleasure. The service has hit the black: rustic friendly, authentic and as charming as the ladies have long served me no longer my food. The foamed straw apple soup was seasoned at the point; the onion rust roast, just as pink as announced on the menu, was, on the other hand, very reluctantly tasted, so that the roasted aromas could interact very nicely. The Marillenknödel not only sweetened the evening, but simply rounded off: classic flour food with sugar-sweet marigolds and a neat proportion of fruit acid ... exactly the mixture that gives rise to this pleasant tingling on the tongue.
