"the place is of modest size but very well maintained and welcoming. round tables welcome up to 5 seats on comfortable chairs and red leather. is a good-level local but at the same time within reach of anyone. is perfect for a romantic evening as for a dinner for work or family or among a few friends. there are also some 2-seat outdoor tables. the menu is very wide and ranges from fish to meat. raw material is excellent and professionally treated. the dishes to the view are rich, beautiful and extremely appetizing how exceptional on the palate, I for personal health problems I can not eat more than one size and reduced but in this case it was all so good and perfect that I ate with immense satisfaction three different dishes, with final dessert and I returned home full but satisfied and especially the day after I was fine and I almost wanted to return. the owner enzo not only is a great chef but together with sonia his wife, chief room and waitress are impeccable guests, make you feel like kings at home, with their professionalism, courtesy education and friendliness. In short, for anyone who wants to spend an evening in tranquility savoring amazing dishes this is the ideal place. P.S.I forgot the price quality ratio is great and I'm also reductive, it's certainly not a trattoria but a restaurant of a certain level but despite this the prices are for all the cost of the dishes I photographed are almost all around 19€ each and they are all worth them. Enjoy!"

"We were looking for good places where we could dine in siena without spending a fortune, and at some point to my husband from a list on the fork came out this restaurant... though! We were attracted by very good reviews and an inviting discount of the so we booked for the first night of our “three days” in the city. There is an adjacent camping site, so the vast majority of customers come from there; for those staying in siena at the hotel maybe on the opposite side of the city (we are in the northwest) it is not really easy, but we were in the car and so it was not a problem to reach it (there is also private parking available). We took an appetizer in two (tagliere delle crete senesi,) two first (tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles of course of the quality “estivo”, eh... and pappardelle with the Tuscan ragù,) a second and a contour in two ( pork cut with porcini mushrooms; roasted potatoes) and a bottle of red wine of the house (an igt of Tuscan gradation nothing bad,) thanks to the all for the reduced € All very good, well made local cuisine, of satisfactory and not heavy quantity. worthy of note that the waiter has broken the bottle at the table! I didn’t expect it, since the restaurant is very good. a little long waiting times to order (it was full and we arrived at the peak time you see,) but then they quickly moved into the succession of the various courses. again too long after eating the second... so much that we decided to give up dessert. we also noticed that last year the waiters were almost all foreign (as well as campers, however,) so I regret a bit not being able to ask for information and details on the various courses, because they know almost nothing, besides speaking little and bad Italian language... It is true that the user of the campsite is largely foreign, but although we have not had particular problems or specific food needs it would be useful for Italian customers to be able to talk in our language. Fortunately there were also some Italian boys who took orders, but I would recommend, if the structure wants to continue to employ stagistes of Eastern Europe, to form them better on some aspects, as well as, in general, to coordinate and control the staff to provide an appropriate service: when we sat down I noticed a assemblies of waiters/and near the kitchen and baked pizzas, which gave the impression of not knowing what to do... anyway, we would return!"
