The atmosphere is a mix of Tuscan Hill-town and hip East London, offering precise, modern British cuisine. It's no surprise that Chef Balfe also owns two popular restaurants in East London. Convenient parking is available, just 5 minutes from the A303, making it the perfect halfway point between London and the South Hams. We enjoyed the freshest mackerel ceviche and a delicious aromatic venison with polenta and mint-heavy salsa verde. The wine selection is extensive, with prices that please both Londoners and locals in Bruton. Residents are lucky to have such a great restaurant nearby."
